  1. So I've thought of many ways that could possibly "fix" the achievements that I've been complaining about for months now. These are all meant to satisfy all types of players who would like to get the completionist cape while not removing all incentive for players to have to PK. I also believe that this causes so much negativity and toxicity in the community(i've seen at least 1 pvmer/skiller complain about getting killed and trash talk every time i've logged on) 1) Further nerfing the pking achievements Player killer I and II - 10 kills and 150 kills( Manhunting I and II - 3 Killstreak and 15 2) Adding new achievements to go along with the nerfs Skilling/PVM Dark Altar Runecrafting - Create X (rune) via the Dark Altar Cursed Cavern task Master - Complete X Cursed Cavern slayer task Rogue's Chest - Loot the Rogue Chest X times King Lava Dragon - Kill the KLD X times -- OR -- Wildy Boss Kills - Kill X number of bosses in the wildy Cursed Crypt - Complete the Cursed Crypt X times Mage Arena - Kill X npcs in the mage arena PKing achievements Player Damage - deal X amount of damage to players Blood Money Spender - Spend X amount of blood money Risky Fighter - Kill X number of players while carrying a blood orb Special Fighter - Use X number of special attacks while in the wilderness Rusher - Kill x number of players within 10 seconds of starting a fight 3) Add a safe pking minigame Just a simple arena where people fight one another with no rewards(or smaller rewards like Crystal keys or something) with no changes to the current achievements I've posted this here instead of suggestions just for feedback really
  2. The recent poll that I made(and discussion(s) that followed) made me want to create a list to completely overhaul Wildy achievements, adding new ones and changing old ones. Currently there are only the wildy boss kill achievements and the ridiculously high number of kills from Player Killer I and II, and the extremely high killstreak in Manhunting I and II. Existing Achievement Changes First I'd like to start with a few tweaks to the current achievements. Most of these changes are meant to balance out the old ones with the new ones. Player Killer I - Obtain a player killcount of 50 Player Killer II - Obtain a player killcount of 250 Manhunting I - Obtain a player killstreak of 5 Manhunting II - Obtain a player killstreak of 10 Manhunting III - Obtain a player killstreak of 25 New Achievements These are a bunch of random ideas for new Achievements(with the most simplified names and descriptions Dark Altar Runecrafting - Create X (rune) via the Dark Altar Cursed Cavern task Master - Complete X Cursed Cavern slayer task Rogue's Chest - Loot the Rogue Chest X times King Lava Dragon - Kill the KLD X times -- OR -- Wildy Boss Kills - Kill X number of bosses in the wildy Cursed Crypt - Complete the Cursed Crypt X times Mage Arena - Kill X npcs in the mage arena Cursed Tree -Cut X number of logs from the cursed tree Barrows Fighter I - Earn X kills wearing a full set of barrows armor Player Damage - deal X amount of damage to players Blood Money Spender - Spend X amount of blood money Risky Fighter - Kill X number of players while carrying a blood orb Special Fighter - Use x number of special attacks while in the wilderness Rusher - Kill x number of players within 10 seconds of starting a fight
  3. @One and I are looking to host a duel arena tournament with a special twist, gladiator style! -Set Rules- All fighters will be using the same gear Only the equipment provided will be permitted/allowed All protection/over head prayers are not allowed! No toxicity! this is for pure enjoyment with rewards One Entry per player (we will be checking ID logins on all entry's) -Iron Man- If you're Iron man and wish to join, you must have the requested items to compete! the gear is easy to obtain! we will be checking all iron entry's once gear has been chosen and before brackets are made to confirm eligibility There will be no entry fee! We want all players to come and have fun! all fighters will be provided with gear to fight with! any other items brought in without our consent will lead to an automatic termination! The date and time will be set in the near future! Entry will be closed as soon as the brackets are drawn -Signing up- Write your IGN down below(please state if you're ironman) and you'll be added to the list! We will do bracket draws ONE day before the tournament Brackets will be posted on forums! and updated live! -Rewards- First place will receive- 1b cash or toxic trident Second place will receive- 600m cash or an ely ss! Third place will receive- 250m cash or bandos set or prim boots! Fourth place will receive- 100m cash or claws -Iron Man Rewards- First place will receive- 30 dollar bond! Second place will receive- 20 dollar bond! -Winners can choose there prize- If all goes well, we will keep statistics down, and host gladiator events! each new winner will be crowned gladiator champion!     Kill count / look up

    I am one to often look for my kill count on mobs I kill or bosses I kill. I am not sure if there already is a kill count system in the server, if so I haven't found it. Would it be much work to make a full lookup system for players to see how many mobs they've killed? EXAMPLE: Chicken: 2398 Ankou: 299 Zulrah: 402 There are the achievements up to a certain amount but after that we can't see how many we've killed. I think that would be a great addition to the server, so people could keep count on their kills. If possible also, when you click the one you look at, you get the message over your head, saying how many you've killed and which mob/boss. The same way as when you click your Runex point in the General Information tab. -Disc

I've posted about this before as a less serious thing, but honestly i think adding an exp lock would really help boost the server, afterall many more things will become viable and possible to do. Thing such as: Pure pking (with various different builds) 10 Hp accounts It honestly seems like a nice chance to attract more people to the server and possibly have others take on the same challenge as i did, because i myself find this 10hp account a really fun thing and a bit of competition would be bad either Also adding more pvp possibilities will make the income of blood money a lot higher and probably result in Rogues chest and the wildy course to be less crowded by pkers solely looking for blood money. Perhaps later on something like Bounty Hunter could be added?
