    [OFFICIAL] RUNEX GUIDE INDEX

A warm and welcoming introduction to this complete guide index revamp. The original guide index was created by 52xp and contained a vast amount of knowledge referring to RuneX. However, it has been some time since that guide was created and I've decided to created a new one (using a lot of the old information) yet, including newly created guides as well. On top of that, I have also made it slightly easier to navigate. You can check out the original guide index below: I hope you have found this guide index useful and I look forward to seeing your beautiful guides in the future. Much love, Kong
  2. Guide to kill Zulrah With somewhat minimal requirements! The Supplies: When going to fight Zulrah you're going to need these items (In supplies) on your character/inventory since I am a Prime and I like to maximize my amount of EXP at the moment I carry around the tokens, the 1 scale and coin is to just always be able to pick those up, as I see those as the most important. These are the minimal Supplies that I would use to take to Zulrah. 4 - Anti-Venom (4) OR 2 to 3 - Anti-Venom+ (4) 2 Ranging Potions (4) 8 to 10 Prayer potions (4) OR 8 to 10 Restoration Potions (4) And your food is up to you, I only recommend using the Restoration Potions IF if you plan to use Sara Brews. 1 Scale (To be able to always collect the Scales it drops.) 1 Coin (To be able to always collect the Coins it drops.) Tokens (Combat, Skilling (Slayer), Catalyst or Lucky) Your Equipment & Prayer: Now, for somewhat of the important part of this, your Gear and Prayer! Since I am a Prime and I've not really done MUCH to upgrade it-- (As you'll see very soon of my set up.) The stats you're likely going to want. (Focus on the Prayer & Range Lvl) This is the Prayer(s) you're going to be using mainly. The gear I use as a Prime to fight Zulrah, Dragon Bolts (e) do wonders as they can sometimes hit high at 50-something with Hawk Eye and 80 Range with this gear. Whatever gear you have, use it, your best ranged gear you've got that gives high Range Attack Bonus obviously. Ava's (T) is great because it has a higher chance of you using your ammo! Zulrah itself and Placements: Now, we get to the best part, where to place yourself and how to deal with Zulrah, though most people say she's easy, she really isn't to those who don't know how to work against her, they don't know the pattern and whatnot. Now it just seems simple, Green is Ranged, Blue is Magic, Red/Orange is Melee. Seems simple, but it isn't really, to legitimately minimize the amount of damage you take in from the Snakeling's to Zulrah herself is very simple and easy. This'll allow you to use less supplies, get you more kills overall. First, let's get the hand of where you should put your character. Carefully look over the image below: I cannot urge the matter of standing in those green squares! They'll make surviving so much easier. The red squares are where the spawned Snakeling's one the sides there will move to and be stuck, rendering them useless and less of a thing you need to focus on, standing on any of the squares NEAR those pillars will give them the ability to hit you. So stand anywhere else besides those to fight Zulrah! Specifically those green squares. That orange square is there to show you that you'll only have one Snakeling spawn you have to deal with and it's not that hard to handle. Zulrah itself is super tricky, leave it up to you to think the simplicity of that you can just always protect against Range when fighting the Green one, it's not that easy, trust me. At a certain amount of phases Zulrah has gone through, it'll go into Range and go into Jad Phase. (What's Jad Phase?) That's where when you're fighting Jad, he had a signal to when he uses a Magic or ranged attack. Whenever you see Ranged Zulrah Reveal itself from the swamp, keep and eye on it, if you see the Magic Phase's attack quickly protect Magic then switch back to Range, and constantly do that until it submerges again! How/Why this activates is because you took TOO long to kill it, but once it leaves that phase, you don't have much to worry about as it'll go back to doing Range = Range and not Range = Range or Magic. Anyway, that's all for the guide on Zulrah, if you've got anymore questions please Message me on here or on this guide and I'll do my best to answer you as best to my ability, thank you so much and please try to get this to be seen a lot! c: -Zer03d
  3. Recommended Gear For my Zulrah trips I use almost max gear, however this is only needed for really fast kills (my record is 0:57 with this gear ) However I would say the bare minimum requirements are 70 ranged and 43 prayer. This is what you should be wearing: Helm: Fused slayer helm > Ranged slayer helm > Slayer helm (i) > Master chompy > Armadyl helm > Robin I recommend getting a task before doing Zulrah it'll help a lot and you can get 15% extra drop rate from slayer emblems Cape: Kharazi cape > Ava's (t) > Ava's Neck: Ranged amulet (t) > Nardah amulet > Ranged amulet > Fury > Glory Weapon: Twisted bow > Cursed cannon > Dark bow/Seercull > Chaotic crossbow > Armadyl Crossbow > Runite Crossbow Arrow slot: Handcannon shot if using a handcannon, Dragon arrows if using a bow, Onyx bolts (e)/Dragon bolts (e)/Ruby bolts (e)/Diamond bolts (e) if using a crossbow Shield slot (if needed): Odium > Book of law > Unholy book > Book of balance (books from achievement shop) Gloves: Karamja gloves 3 > Barrows Gloves > Cursed gloves > Dragon gloves Ring: Ring of law > Shaman ring (i) > Shaman Ring > Archers (i) > Archers Boots: Kharazi boots (for range str) > Pegs (for range accuracy) > Ranger boots > God d'hide boots Body: Kharazi body (for range str) > Lava d'hide body (for range accuracy) > Armadyl body > Karil's > God d'hide > Black d'hide Legs: Armadyl legs (if using ring of law) > Kharazi legs (range str) > Lava d'hide chaps (range accuracy) > Armadyl legs (w/o ring of law) > Karil's > God d'hide > Black d'hide Additional Inventory items I show my inventory in the video but if you don't want to watch it basically I use... 12 prayer pots 2 anti-venoms Only 2 because Zulrah will drop an anti-venom with a drop rate of 1/3 Row (i) (or elixir of luck activated) Twisted heart (or some ranging potions) Luck tokens Greater and lesser slayer emblem if on a slayer task these boosts your drop rate by 15% Cash placeholder Zulrah scales placeholder I personally don't bring food because I've killed zulrah a lot and have got the hang of it (can bring curses so you can soulsplit between Zulrah's hits) Other Information On the video I use normal prayers because I've unlocked rigour, but if you don't have rigour, use curses When you get into the Zulrah instance you wanna only stand in the boxes without x's in them. If you stand where the x's are and there are snakelings spawned behind the pillars you will be hit by all the stuck ones at a time for a potential one shot (its happened to me before... not fun). There is no need to be outside of these squares since you can attack Zulrah within this box and moving outside of it is only going to make the safespotted snakelings attack you. Zulrah phases advice Ranged (green) Nothing too special with this phase. For the most part you just need to pray range but sometimes when Zulrah is on the east and west sides of the island, he will shoot out a mage attack. This only starts happening later into the fight so when you get decent gear and fast kills you shouldn't see him use this "Jad phase". Mage (blue) The special part of this phase is when Zulrah starts to spawn the little snakelings. In the example kill I show which snakeling to kill, the ones that are trapped behind pillars you do not need to kill. (note that killing snakelings with luck tokens in your inventory does not use the luck token) Melee (red) I suggest watching the video to see how I move when the red form faces me. When first learning Zulrah I suggest putting melee prayer on just in case you still get hit you wont take any damage but you will still get stunned. Minimum distance to move to dodge the melee attack is 4 squares away. However to make it easier you can just move from one side to the other side in the box I showed up above. Example Zulrah Kill That's about it! Thanks for checking out my guide and good luck killing Zulrah!

    Solo Corporeal Beast Guide

Recommended gear For my Corp solos I use this gear Corporeal Beast is one of the hardest bosses in the game so bare minimum stats I would say is max melee stats (or close) and at least 70 prayer for piety. Sidenote: Bringing a spear is one of the only ways to easily solo corp, I do not recommend using range or a rapier or cls.... you won't get very efficient kills This is what you should be wearing: Lava/Frost Slayer helms > Fused Slayer helm > Melee Slayer helm > Slayer helm (i) You could bring other helms off of task but doing corp on a slayer task makes it a lot easier. In that case just use your best melee helm (not recommended) Cape: Inferno cape (w/ ring of war and war bless) > Champ cape (with champ blessing) > Inferno cape (w/o ring of war and war bless) > Max cape (or tokhaar-kal) > Fire cape Neck: Torture (or) > Torture > Amulet of Fury/Amulet of the Damned Arrow slot: War Blessing (w/ or w/o ring of war) > Cursed Blessing Weapon: Kharazi spear (e) > Sunspear > Zamorak Hasta > Zamorak Spear > Kharazi spear (p++) Shield Slot: Dragon Defender (t) > Dragonfire Shield > Dragon Defender In my own opinion offence is a lot better at corp than defense so I personally recommend bringing D def (t) over Dfs. It's really just preference Gloves: Karamja Gloves 3 > Molten gloves > Penance Gloves > Barrows Gloves Karamja Gloves 3 are bis because they give 15% bonus damage to hastas and spears. They are also acquired from 2500 trading sticks. Ring: Ring of War > Cursed Ring (i) > Berserker Ring (i) > Cursed Ring > Berserker Ring Boots: Molten boots > Warria Boots > Primordial Boots > Dragon boots Body: Draconic platebody > Mystic Sand Body > Cursed Platebody > Fighters Torso (i) > Bandos Chestplate > Fighters Torso Legs: Draconic platelegs > Mystic Sand Legs > Cursed Platelegs > Bandos Tassets > Tank Barrows Platelegs (not guthan's chainskirt) Inventory Setup The setup I use for Corp trips is in the video but there are a few items I strongly suggest bringing to Corp to make it as easy as possible Dragon Warhammer The special attack lowers Corps defense so you can hit him more accuratly Steel titan (and scrolls) The steel titan helps out a lot during one corp kill, why not bring him if you are 99 summoning. Tip: If you are using a max cape start out your kill by using all of the steel titan specs then use your max cape perk bonuses which will replenish your steel titans special attack bar. Gilded Cannon/Cannon Obviously helps out with the extra dps you get onto Corp Super Combat Potions (or max cape perk bonus activation) Boosting your defense to 118 (from 99) really helps with the tanking needed to kill a corp efficiently. As well as 118 attack helping accuracy and 118 strength so you hit harder and more accurate. Luck Items Row (i) gives 7.5% bonus drop rate. Greater slayer emblem gives 10%, Lesser emblem gives 5% These are stackable but you can't have more than one of a type of each emblem (can't have 2 greater slayer emblems and still get the effect) Legendary pet with luck accessories (7.5% per accessory) Luck tokens or Epic luck tokens Corp's regular drops make luck tokens viable here. Luck tokens also give a chance at double sigil/spirit shield/holy elixir drop. The dream drop. Plenty of Food Manta rays, Sea turtles, or Sharks Boss Mechanics Pray mage (it hits higher than his melee) Corp does hit with melee sometimes, but to afk the boss I just pray mage and eat food. You can pray switch Corp but it is very difficult to do. Do NOT stand underneath the Corp otherwise he will stomp on you and deal a bunch of damage Example Kill That's it! Goodluck on your Corp solos!

    1 - 99 Agility | Cloud

So you think you can run, huh? Well buckle up because you'll be doing more than running kid, And this guide will be showing you how to do it all the way to level 99. At 99 you can finally wear a cape that is restricted by a virtual level, wearing the cape without the required level burns your back off and turns you into a pile of ashes. These are the ashes imps pick up wondering around Wizard's Tower. People come out of the tower thinking they are some elite mage, try to put on a stolen 99 magic cape and BAM 'gg mate' they burn into a pile of ash. So WARNING: Only wear a skill cape when level 99 is achieved, don't be a fool. The skill cape on RuneX acts as a spottier cape when worn. Anyway, let's get started. Stamina Potions Stamina potions are the medieval variant of steriods, the potion tastes like a rat's ass, but it will make you feel pumped and invincible. Stamina potions are frequent drops from Fiyr Shades, accessed through the daily money making teleport. Alternatively, you can make energy potions by using 'Clean Avantoe' and 'Mort Myre Fungus' on a vail of water. This requires level 52 herblore. A super cool trick Unable to get potions? Don't worry, there is still hope. When you run out of energy, simply teleport home and click 'Heal' on the nurse by the well. If you are in the wilderness, the portal by the entrance gate is a teleport home. Levels 1 - 35: Gnome Stronghold. When you are starting your journey to become a professional athlete, the first place you want to head is to the land of the gnomes. Gnomes have small body parts which means their training course is also small, giving you an advantage. Due to your size you should be able to step over most of the gnome obstacles, so these first levels should be a breeze. NOTE: check your daily money making tasks, if you have to do 15 laps of gnome agility, do it rather than moving on at 35. To get to the land of the gnomes, click your training teleports on the magic tab, then agility, then 'Gnome agility course' Run forest. Levels 35 - 52: Barbarian Outpost. So you think you are cool just because you climbed a few nets? Well, tubbs, that's nothing. The barbarian land is where the training really begins. You will need to swing over spikes and maintain balance under high-pressure conditions. Remember to check for daily money making activities. To get to this course, use the training teleports again, and select 'Barbarian agility course' Levels 52 - 99: The Wilderness. Now we enter the dark realm, kids. The wilderness is a violent and disturbing place for even the most fierce no-life rsps players. This is where your true mentality and strength will be tested (not the skill). Prepare to be slaughtered by blood thirsty n3rds and their ancient magics that they learned on a school trip to the desert. Before heading out, fill your inventory with useless items that you don't mind losing, such a vials and bows(u) this will ensure that, on death, you will keep your marks of grace as they will be sent to your bank. There is usually a daily task for the wild course, so do it. The Mark of Grace Exchange After running around for ages, you will accumulate 'marks of grace' these are currency for running equipment, because in the medieval ages they used a different form of currency for everything. This running equipment will ensure that you have more stamina, because it's magic and shit. (Your run energy will degrade slower). You gain marks by completing a full course. Gnome course: x1 mark per course Barbarian course: x2 marks per course Wilderness course: x3 marks per course The cost of the full outfit is 1050 marks. This means you would have to complete the wilderness course 350 times. Minus a few from previous courses. If you want to complete RuneX and get as many achievements as possible, keeps the marks for the outfit to unlock 'The Amazing Grace' achievement. Otherwise, use them on lamps to get other skills to 99 (probably best to use them on runecrafting.) After a long grind, or a short one if you are a normal scrub like me, you will look something like this. Good luck.

    Jad Guide 4 noobs

Setup Keep in mind you can probably do it with gear even worse than mine and you should obviously replace the row (i) with seers or whatever, I was just too lazy and don't have a better ring.. Inventory I honestly don't even use those brews I might use 1 or 2 if things get buck wild but you generally heal enough to not need food. 1 - 63 1 - 31 is fairly easy you just want to prioritize the npcs in the order of Xil> Mejkot> Kek> Kih I try not to use prayer as much as I can help it usually until around wave 21 or 22 is when I leave pray up Pay attention on round 29 cause that is the wave I end up taking the most damage on every time it has a Mejkot and 2 Xil just make sure you're praying melee and kill the Xils first 31 - you basically pray mage the entire time until you get to wave 63 Wave 38 is when Mejkots, Xils and Zeks spawn, I always kill Xil before the Mejkot because the Xil should die before it does any real damage to you and you should be able to outheal the damage Mejkots can deal alone. Worry about this until round 45 45 is A Zek and 2 xil which is another wave that you want to watch for I don't really know many tricks to any safespots or any of that I normally just go to the spot in the picture and focus the Mejkots which spawn in the red circles and kill the Xils that spawn south of me on those waves Jad Wave (No healers) Protect from MAGE when he crouches down and leans backwards. Protect from RANGE when he lifts both of his front legs straight up into the air. I needed help with my first Jad kill but I have done the fight caves twice like this on my own for the achievement. (Shout out to 52xp lol)
  8. How do you make the money? Cutting Mohagany logs and making them into planks is a really great way to make almost completely AFK money Planks Generally sell for between 40k and 75k each and are generally in demand for people training construction Inventory Setup and tips Plank Make Each inventory of log requires: 15x Earth Runes 3x Astral Runes 1x Nature runes *I recommend keeping at least 1,000 casts per inventory Always make the planks right after you cut every inventory Requirements 50+ Woodcutting is really the only real requirement for this Other Recommendations 86+ Magic to use the lunar spell 'Plank Make' which reduces the cost to make planks by about 20% Donator or Prime status is recommended for use of the bank A starter cash stack of at least 10,000,000 gold
