Ring of Law Bug

To whom this may concern:

I bought a ring of law ring that does not work as intended.

Please refer to the following thread:

I prove in the thread above that 5% Kharazi damage/accuracy is better than 20% or even 27% damage/accuracy from ring of law 3 piece set.

The ring of law gives 6.75% while you have 3 items on. It's 2.25% per item and it caps at 3.

 

And kharazi outperforms because of the range str bonus.

The set-ups that Karlyla used had the armadyl set-up with superior range attack amd strength bonuses, which is why this seems to be a bug.

Thank you for the clarification, this just further proves why ring of law is broken / not working as intended.

While I'm wearing all three pieces plus the ring, I'm still doing less damage than 5 pieces of kharazi I'm wearing.

How is that 6.75% dmg from ring of law is less than 5% dmg kharazi.
