Community Poll - What do you want first?

Hey everyone

As you know, @touched recently made a forum post on behalf of the suggestion squad that asked you, the community for what you'd like to see next in the RuneX updates. I've compiled a list of these and i'm going to put them to a poll here on this thread to see what you all want to see first. There os going to be a selection from the forum post, as well as some ideas that Nate and Ryan have in mind.

I'd just like to point out that this will not be put into play straight away as there is two updates that Ryan and Nate were working on, before Ryan fell ill and wasn't able to get the update out on schedule.

Please keep in mind, the vote will be multiple answers, so you can vote for whatever you want to see sooner rather than later, but you also need to understand that we'll be looking at this poll as the community saying this is what the community wants to come first.

I will be listing "rough" ideas below so you know what the subjects would entail:

GWD updates:

• This update will see us update a few things with GWD, which will include:
  • Nerfs towards the normal GWD (Making it a little easier to kill)
  • Buffs to drops
  • A revived way of obtaining superior GWD bosses.

Minigame updates:

• This update will see us changing our minigames:
  • Kharazi buffs/nerfs
  • QoL's for the minigames
  • New content and rewards for playing minigames.

Raids updates:

• This update will include:
  • Changes to CoX/ToB.
  • A potential modifier that changes how the raid is run, could change how the bosses work or could evern bring in a new boss.
  • Potential loot table change.

Collection log rewards updates:

• This update will include:
  • Changing our collection log system to a one similar to OSRS.
  • Collection log shop may have new items.

PvP/Wilderness updates:

• This update will include:
  • We'll be working on combat improvements
  • Re-balancing some of our items for PvP (Ex. Divine's, Elysian's and some of our custom weaponry)
  • Cursed Caverns expansion
  • Much more

Skilling updates/QoL's:

• This update will include:
  • Tree farming
  • New herb patches
  • Interface changes
  • New skilling methods
  • Skilling master updates

These are some of the updates that Nate has suggested that he'd like to be included on the poll:

Elite achievement diary:

• This updates will include:
  • More new achievements, that require you to be at the end-game to complete.
  • Completionist cape (t) - New customisation methods etc.

New nightmare zone/dominion tower like minigame:

• This update will include:
  • New minigame that would be very PvM based
  • This will be a huge content update, as Nate has stated himself.
  • New rewards which would include a range of things.

The Gauntlet/Corrupted Gauntlet:

• This update will include:
  • The Gauntlet, aswell as the corrupted version
  • The new crystal armour, as well as the Blade of Saeldor.

This is just the beginning of the changes we have in mind, but we want you guys to decide what we need to focus on first.

To everyone that votes, please make sure you vote for the ones you want to be focused on first. Sadly whatever you pick might not make it to the first position, but you need to do what you can to make it there.

On behalf of skillers. skilling QoL's is what we need!

I did minigame and GWD, wish there was an option for general QoL of RuneX but that's the closest two.

 

I really don't want to see new content added until all the stuff is fixed within runex

I think staff changes should be on the voting list as well. There seemed to be a fair amount of traction around that from the post that was used to create this one. I think the community wants it.

Please note that we will be bringing in QoL's as and when they are completed, so the people saying that the game needs to be fixed before we start bringing in content, I completely agree and we will be working on getting these things fixed as soon as we can.
