Undead ones are indeed the best way due to their low hp levels, there is no other conventional way of obtaining them unless you are buying them from the blood money shop, which costs loads. You can pray flick Nazastarool with 1 undead one, if the ticks are right of course.

In the wake of the recent GIM Update comes with many questions not only me, but many of the community may have for the recent addition. This thread should provide a foundation for any concerns or discussion needed. I have created this thread for all Staff Members, Suggestion Squad, Developers to respond to any and all questions made by the community to this new version of Ironman. Players may find it convenient to find answers here rather than spamming the same question over in-game. I would treat this thread as a Q&A. @Nate @Ryan @James @Raw @Mictain @Abigail @Huff @Humpy @Beedle @Iron Logic @Basil @touched @TravisCruz @Solo GIM QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Can a GIM with a donator rank transfer their donator status to someone on their team? Answer: You are unable to transfer donation ranks. What happens if a GIM team member takes items from the vault, then tries to "sell" the item? Answer: You can not leave your GIM team once you join it and you are unable to de-iron which prevents this from happening. Any GIM caught stealing from a vault and trying to drop trade these items may lead to a UID ban depending on the situation. Is there a Hiscores for GIM teams? Answer: Not yet. Can I transfer my donation status from GIM to my HCIM/Ironman/Main/GIM? Answer: Sadly, were not allowing transfers between accounts when it comes to group ironman. Can I change my name on my GIM after i've made it? Answer: You are not able to change your name on your group ironman, as of yet. When I hear of this has changed, this thread will be the first to change. Can I leave the team I am in and join another GIM team? Answer: Sadly, this is not allowed. This was put in place to stop people scamming teams. How do I claim my rewards from completing a contest first, and can i use it on my main/otherGIM/HCIM/UIM/Ironman? Answer: James, Ramzi and Ryan will be taking a note of all the people that have completed these goals and we will be adding using bonds on those accounts as their prize at the end of the week (Sunday, delays may happen). This means that you aren't able to claim the bonds on another account. When you reach a goal first, the bond prize is only claimed on the account you won on, however you are free to share the bonds with your GIM team. to be continued...

As the title states, I would love to see an input name here option in the ::donate interface. This would be extremely useful and a major QoL update for many players. This removes the need to log into a player's account just to donate in their name. Players would still need a Middleman to set up the trade but it prevents any and all scams that could take place when someone has logged into your account. Pros: Prevents scamming, much easier to handle, more security Cons: Middleman is still necessary, coding aspect, QoL (not priority) This has been a long awaited QoL update that I feel should have been implemented ages ago. Oof, I stand corrected. I totally forgot that unicorn box was inside cursed caskets.. the odds of that roll are near impossible I guess, so any "OP" items coming into the mini would likely be slim to none.. But, the second a crystal chest is introduced you start to unlock a bunch of mid-tier gear that doesn't belong in the minigame. (hand cannon, etc) Not to mention you have low tier items like Nezzy Helms, dboots, dbows, etc coming in from a Crystal Chest when it's already on the drop tables of monsters in Kharazi. It defeats the purpose? Does it not? P.S. - stop trying to kill me! I can be a great asset on the island if you let me, why not work together to kill normies? 😩

With the Kharazi Minigame being discussed recently I do want to touch on a few concepts that could be introduced and altered for the minigame itself; some of them controversial. Remove the ability to use mule accounts - This is a touchy situation that I have always felt needed to be changed since day 1 of entering the jungle. As any Ironman that accesses the jungle has an extreme disadvantage from the average player. Having alts inside the minigame should be removed completely and anyone caught cheating should be punished, this is a form of cheating.. like it or not. The bank space limit was introduced for a reason and it's been heavily abused for quite some time. I feel like this was a flaw to begin with. MORE expansion of the island - I loved that the island had an expansion with the last big Kharazi Jungle update. The new boss, graahks, etc. added were a great twist and it felt very original for the island. I think it would be far more interesting if Mogres were added to the island at a high combat level and they too had a new drop table, these can be found by crossing the waterfall crossing agility shortcut with 80 agility required. Introduce Blunt Arrows to Kharazi - The same way you obtain blunt arrows by chiseling ores mined from the rocks at Baxtorian Falls, the same should be introduced in Kharazi Jungle. The benefit of adding these is the obvious need for better ammo for Magic Shortbow. As long as you have level 4 barbarian training you should be able to make them, the rock spawns can be located in the new expansion I've mentioned above and a good place for them is just north of the Mogres. Remove Gargoyles - Gargoyle spawns are quite pointless as their drop table has no real use for the island, besides the granite maul.. but the granite maul is very common from Kharazi Chests. I would recommend removing the Gragoyles and introducing a new NPC. Possibly replacing them for an Abyssal Demon which introduces the whip to the minigame? Kharazi Trading Post - A bit of a stretch.. but the introduction of a Kharazi Trading Post strictly used in the Jungle would be so beneficial for those wishing to use Blood Money OR Trading Sticks left over as a form of currency. I could see this becoming very popular for those wishing to get rid of their overly stocked items such as multiples of dboots, dark bows, etc. This also gives more space in the Jungle for items. The Trading Post feature would be added to Shilo Village bank. Steel Key Ring - I have killed many Undead One's and they drop Bone Keys quite frequently. It would be nice to see a Steel Key Ring added so that you can place multiple keys onto it to save inventory space. I have found myself getting rid of Bone Keys to save space, which is not very viable. The Steel Key Ring can be stored in your chest and can be bought from the Slayer Store for let's say 100 Slayer Points + 1000 trading sticks? Let me know your thoughts of these suggestions! I do hope to see some of these introduced in the future as the Kharazi Jungle Minigame is one of the best things Runex has to offer in terms of uniqueness and I feel it would be very popular to add some QoL changes and new content to the minigame, thank you.

As mentioned by Tranquil, multilogging by drop trading resources from an alt is possible and it completely ruins the minigame as it adds an infinite amount of storage, etc. An ironman has a very big disadvantage and TBH this should have never occurred in the first place. It needs to be fixed.

Adding the crystal chest would be a bad idea, say someone received an ultimate prize box from the chest then looted some dragon claws? or worse a mystery box from the ultimate prize box which turned out to be something impossibly OP for the jungle. It would be chaos and it would happen because Runex has some crazy rng loots. I do support there being more space in the chest for more loot, being an Ironman myself and watching some maxed main normie have 5+ alt mules is quite depressing. I have advocated for this to be nulled before and it was shredded... so don't expect any changes happening to the Jungle anytime soon, it's almost dead content. But, it's just the fact not many players understand the concept of it and or have died quickly to some Jungle Madman a.k.a Tranquil and his 1000+ alts! I love the fact that Ryan did add a new expansion to the island, it would be insane if the island expanded further into Karamja.. THE WHOLE island of Karamja being a map would be so intense. This would open Brim Dungeon, Karamja Volcano/Tzhaar City (inferno), etc. This would be so worth it.

One of my biggest pet peeves has to be an inactive forum/discord server. Runex/Spk have always seemed to have more activity in-game opposed to the forum/discord base, I feel that these should be treated as an extension to the in-game experience. With this I would like to see more integration. In-game > Discord > Forums integration is so important. We should have an active playerbase on our discord and forums alike. This can be done with simple integration of in-game activities being displayed on the regular on our discord, such as Global Boss announcements - New Discord/Forum awards/badges - Global Rare Drops - etc. Forum Guides have declined greatly since 2018.. I think the only reason guides ever became popular was due to @Wayne rewarding players with his own bond giveaways toward new guides.. that was 2017-18! Time has accumulated greatly and we are in desperate need of updated information. Forum Donator Ranks. This is quite an obvious add-on. Having only the userbar donator ranks is quite depressing.. players should feel more rewarded for their donations toward the server, it just brings more attention and detail to the forums when small changes are added like this. The RuneX Logo has been the same for MONTHS. This needs to be updated regularly, each holiday event should consist of a new graphic designed logo. We need more players viewing the forums and interacting on the Discord, having Discord is SO IMPORTANT.. announcements and general information can be easily obtained here if everyone is actually using the Discord respectively. Nitro Boosting the server's Discord is also quite appealing, we still have yet to see this introduced. This is only just a few things that need to change for the better. We lack so much potential when it's so easily doable. HIRE a web designer that knows what they are doing and introduce new ways of interacting via Forums. We need this and I hate seeing this die off with little to no attention at all. I could see this suggestion going unnoticed for quite some time and little to no changes happening, so please change my perspective.. Thank you!

I do want to point out I do remember Ryan updating the forums within the last year or two and it does look much better than what he had previous, but with the information provided on this thread we could have the forums and discord booming with traffic, I'm sure of it. We are definitely in the stone age when it comes to an active forum base/discord server. Thank you for your input!

You don't seem to be the skilling type? But, nevertheless I support this 100%. But, I would stray away from the typical OS Lore and introduce a whole new form of skilling here, different ways of obtaining raw materials, etc. This could benefit both Skillers and Pkers, support. I must say though, if this were added I could see this being heavily guarded by a select few players and no one would dare enter. It would become dead content quite quickly.. if we want more features in the wilderness we need to open several areas around the wilderness that provide similar benefits. Examples; Deep Wilderness Volcano - acts as a new furnace to smith "Dragon ore" into Dragon equipement, ultimately being one of the best smithing XP methods in-game. The ores could be mined in several spots surrounding the volcano. Fountain of Rune - Instead of charging jewelry here we could work on adding a new method, similar to what OS was going to produce with Warding where gear would revert to raw materials. This could apply for gear reverting to let's say Runecoins, Bm or even Rx pts once or twice per day? This bypasses using the RC machine at home. The possibilities are endless. Other locations around the wilderness can become essential places and bring activity.. but, it's unlikely. Just look at Rogue's Chest? It's not active and dead content for a good reason. If these updates come into play they would need a high risk/high reward factor or they will too become dead content.
