Point Collector I giving incorrect bonus points. (Thermo)

Description: The perk "Point Collector I" claims to give the perk "25% chance to receive 150% more runex points
from boss kills. This means that, Thermo for example, who is worth 12 runex points, would give 30 (100% value = 12, 150% = 18, 12+18=30)
But, as you can see in the second screenshot below, he rewards 15! which is infact, 25% more points. I assume someone was writing the code
and somehow wrote the same number for the chance and the bonus amount? I don't know. Point is it's not correct.

How or when it occurs: When the perk "Point Collector I" procs (atleast on thermonuclear, I shall continue testing and reply with findings.

http://prntscr.com/or26d1    Same case confirmed to exist with Commander Zil, 12 base points, 15 when perk activates, 3/12 = .25, still a 25% increase as opposed to 150%

http://prntscr.com/or2vp1  Point Collector 2 confirmed to have a similar issue - Commander Zil, 12 base points, 18 when perk activates, meaning 6 (or 50%) bonus given, as opposed to 200%.
