[Event] Automatically track skilling task progress

I believe there should be an option to automatically track skilling tasks upon receiving them / doing the first action related to them (just like barbarian activities already do, so the coding for this already exists) it may just be something stupid I do, but I always use the track feature (i really enjoy having the bar there) and often times i just forget to click track before leaving the skilling master, or I may log out mid task, and have to restart it when i come back to finish it. Having it coded like barbarian activities, where the bar would show up when you begin to progress through it, would be very helpful (and if some players don't like the bar this could be set as a toggleable option)
