Patch notes:

  • Gameframe widgets
    • Added a new "full overlay" widget to the game frame!
    • This overlay includes a combination of both experience drops and hit predictions

  • Christmas event
    • Runex's 2018 Christmas event has come to end, we hope you enjoyed it while it lasted!
      • For those who were not able to participate as much as they would have liked to, stay tuned for future events!
    • The winter world theme will still be enabled for the remainder of January
    • As always, you can type ::snow if you'd like to toggle off the snow!
    • Event leaderboard winners
      • Congratulations to the following global leaderboard winners:
        • 1st place: Slow turtle (1,040,00 tokens spent)
        • 2nd place: Bears (743,000 tokens spent)
        • 3rd place: Kindness (528,000 tokens spent)
      • Congratulations to the following iron man leaderboard winners:
        • 1st place: Bears (743,000 tokens spent)
        • 2nd place: Dragon paws (519,000 tokens spent)
        • 3rd place: Zfireshots (488,000 tokens spent)
      • All top 3 winners will receive their rewards once the update is deployed
  • Achievements
    • Reduced Player Killer II killcount requirement from 500 to 100
  • Construction (PoH)
    • Added Lizard shaman instances to the portal room (marble frame required)
  • Knowledgebase
    • Added a brief article for the Enchanting system, including a tooltip hover for the chest object.
  • Gambler scrolls
    • Gambler scrolls are now tradeable
  • Bank loadouts
    • Fixed an issue with bank loadouts withdrawing broken barrows items
  • Frozen and infernal tentacles
    • Set a (70) damage cap for infernal and frozen tentacle whip special attacks
  • Wilderness ladders
    • You will now receive a 5 second cooldown for wilderness ladders (lava maze, KBD) if you climb up and down too many times in a short period of time
    • This was implemented to prevent players from unfairly evading other players in the wilderness
  • Object appearance
    • Fixed an issue with certain objects not always appearing in the Cursed Cavern and Revenant Caves (such as the obelisk, etc.)
  • Falconry gloves
    • Fixed an issue with falconry gloves "glitching" and becoming unuseable
  • Private messaging
    • Fixed the youtuber rank icon for private messaging
  • Infernal heart
    • Fixed an issue with infernal hearts (and potentially other hearts) improperly changing combat skill levels
  • Cursed two-handed sword
    • Decreased the attack speed by 1 tick
  • Kharazi minigame
    • Fixed an issue with depositing/withdrawing stackable items giving an invalid "Not enough space!" message at the storage chests
  • Fixed the tradeability of thieving daily nardah scrolls

How is using the ladder to get away unfair i do not understand that. Pretty much at this point making it impossible to get away when you are teleblocked in caverns.

This man is correct to be honest. 

All you need is 2 people and you can pk anyone on a ladder. 
This change essentially makes a teleport block an instant death, unless you are getting pked by someone with no arms.

i dislike people abusing a ladder to get away

As a singles pker sure, but this change will be ridiculous for multi areas such as the lava maze ladder. 
With 2 people, it is impossible to get a log on that ladder. 

It should have been like a second log out delay every time you use a ladder, so you need to really juke someone to get away. 

Imagine getting TBed in the cursed caverns. Literally 0 escapes other than running to the ladder, through like 100 squares of multi combat and down 40 wilderness levels.

No-one is doing that.

Solo pking, I understand the frustration, however duo+ I don't. Why not just add a tick/click delay rather than a 5 second cooldown
Other than that, nice updates.
