twitch 92 Posted July 31, 2018 Just something small, I see there is a lot of skillers on runex that take pride in their skills. I say we make a skiller skill cape for those who stay level 3 and never hit max. Maybe the requirements be all 99s in the skilling skills. Maybe a certain xp level each one has to be over.
