6. Why you should receive the position:

I have been playing Runex for about 5 months now. I love the challenge in a game. With Runex, there are so many

different pathways you can go in the game that it never overlaps. It's always interesting to keep pursuing all of the

new content. Knowing this, I have never been a part of the Runex staff team

and I feel like it would be a great pathway for the gameplay!

 

I love helping people

 

especially new players, about all the more difficult avenues you can go with this game. Whether it be raids or

making money I always try to help when I can.

Being on the Northeastern side of the United States makes me available in game while other staff members are away.

I am fluent in English, and I am also knowledgeable in German and French.

I am currently a student in my bachelors program for psychology with concentration in mental health,

so comments about disabilities or mental illnesses are NOT tolerated by me.

I see flaming about this topic so much on Runex and I want to put an end to it.

It may be a joke for some people, but for others it is a life long journey of acceptance.

If I do become a staff member, these discussions will NOT be tolerated.

I have seen quite a few times where their are minimum staff on Runex and the community has to pull together to try to help,

even though they don't have staff commands.

I witnessed so much love from this community base, but I have also seen a lot of hate.

Flaming/scamming runs wild within this game at times. It's disgusting seeing people get taken advantage of just because they are too new to the gameplay.

If I do become a staff member, I will finally be able to limit this as long as I am on. No matter who the person is, I am always a helping hand. 

My PM's are always on for the community and will always stay on, so if anyone has any questions

about in-game content or about this application that they want me to receive directly,

give me a PM in-game!

• I've witnessed you being very belligerent around the gambling area & over yell chat.
• You've just recently started helping players in the help chat, it hasn't been ongoing. 
• It appears to me you didn't read the Staff Requirements thoroughly; "Must be relatively active on the forums"
• To me.. You're just another player looking for a rank next to their username, nothing more.

You're honestly far from being "staff worthy" in my book, and I'm quite shocked you considered yourself eligible to apply.

Haven't really talked much, so I can't say anything about you personally. However, I have seen you trying to help in the chat, but you've also got a history of fighting with people over yell, and you do not yet meet the requirements as you are not active enough on the forums.

In recent days you have been very rude toward me for no reason at all. You have antagonized/flame baited me and all I could do was ignore you and try to defend myself, but clearly that didn't stop you from continuing. Your application is very bland as well. You seem to think that this community is rampant with toxic players destroying the gameplay of new players? You would be a prime example of doing such, that's very stereotypical of you to say considering I am pretty new here and have already seen the way you treat myself and I'm sure others.

The most hated player? Our opinions of you is simply what you project. There is no need to become worse than what you are currently, you should become a better player based off our opinions.. not the opposite.

It's a no from me. On top of things people have said here, you do what some before you have done and make it seem like the staff team is doing nothing to combat things. Yes, some staff may be inactive due to work, school and other responsibilities but you shouldn't bash the people you want to work alongside. 

I'd also like to point out, scamming happens on here but gets dealt with fairly quick. We're not omniscient and can't predict everything so things happen before we can get to them. Aswell as flaming, i personally try to stop that as soon as it happens. 

Work on actively helping people and getting known in the community. Helping or trying to help for a few days doesn't show that you're comitted.

I think the majority of people who've already commented have said what I was going to say already. In short, it's a no from me.

• I've noticed you be quite toxic at times, especially at ::gamble. I don't see how it's possible for you to vouch for a flame-free RuneX, when you're quite toxic yourself.
  • Even if you were to be #reformed, the flaming I've seen from you makes me want to not work along side you as a staff member.
• Your game knowledge seems to be quite lacking, and this isn't an insult, it's just what I've observed from playing alongside you.
  • I understand this can be improved over time, but as of now, you aren't fit for the server support position.
• Lastly, your forums account is quite lacking, as you've only started getting active on the forums after your staff application was already posted. 
  • Again over time this can improve, but as of now, you aren't fit for staff.

I play on my ironman "Subzero" and besides the fact that you liked to be a little rude to say the least simply because I was an ironman these are a few things I'd like to point out

• I have not seen you help any player ever as far as I'm aware, you've only recently started helping at raids which I thought was nice but to see a staff application the next day? Not trying to say anything but doesn't look great
• You've been known for being a lil toxic to say the least from your gambling - I'm an ironman but when I was at Seer's village I saw it a little
• You're not the most knowledgable game wise, you got rich from gambling (that's cool and all) but you don't know enough about the game itself

I don't know who you are, barely every seen you say anything, and already today I've seen you in yell a few times. One of the times you used the words "you fucking idiot", if that was a joke to someone I don't know, but to me who didn't have the context, it didn't seem very friendly or helpful in any way. The second time I saw you was just minutes before posting this reply, and that was you saying "but ur info bitch" to Ralph, I don't know the context there either, but again, not something that seem friendly or helpful in any way. 

Seeing what everyone above is saying, I believe these aren't the first times you've done such and honestly, I am not sure why you made the application. I've waited a little with replying because I figured I'd see if you've been helpful since I saw you post it, but from what I've seen, it's those two things you've said and it doesn't seem very "Staff-like" if you a ask me.
