-1, you pick the game mode, you know the consequences. UIM and HCIM can achieve the PKing achieve via wilderness or via Kharazi for a safe death. To remove it because of limitations to these accounts is like allowing ironmen to trade, you know what you're getting into so if you're a HCIM and want to be a completionist, then do the Kharazi grind
