Ryan 873 Posted April 1, 2018 Next update ETA: April 11th, 2018 Content updates: Easter event This new seasonal event will be active until April 11th, 2018 Includes a new world event with a currency exchange (choccy tokens) Giant chococrabs have been a growing menace to this year's holiday! Their strong chocolate exterior can only be destroyed with a pickaxe, requiring a higher mining level than others You can right-click and "Prospect" chococrabs to see what mining level they require The higher the difficulty, the more choccy tokens! You'll receive choccy tokens for every single successful swing with your pickaxe Chococrabs also have a chance to give random uncut gems per swing (very rare chance to receive uncut onyx) Gluttonous rats tend to appear while you're fighting chococrabs Rats will drain your prayer points and steal your choccy tokens on each hit On death, they will drop a larger stack of choccy tokens, along with a rare chance to drop easter mystery box For more information on this event, speak with the Easter bunny at home Mage arena II Three dangerous god followers are now appearing in random locations of the wilderness These bosses take approximately 10 minutes to respawn again, so be sure to find them quick! On death, they will drop the corresponding imbued god cape of their type They also have a chance to drop (tradeable) imbued god staves, which autocast their respective spell and have higher bonuses Players must have the Ace of the Arena achievement completed in order to fight these bosses Speak to Kolodin at the mage bank safespot for more information Lunar armor has also been added to the magic token store Barbarian training In training teleports, under "Other teleports" you can now access the new Barbarian Training These training methods are slightly different from the original Barbarian Training, along with some unique/custom concepts When speaking with Otto Godblessed, you can learn the following barbarian training methods: Level 1: Barbarian firemaking Ability to use bows on logs to create fires Level 2: Barbarian fishing Fish for strength, agility, and fishing experience Fish can be cut with a knife for cooking experience Level 3: Barbarian mining Mine for agility, attack, and mining experience Rocks can be carved with a chisel into "blunt arrowtips" for construction experience Level 4: Barbarian fletching Blunt arrowtips can be attached to rune arrows to craft blunt arrows Blunt rune arrows provide +5 more ranged strength Level 5: Barbarian fishing II Ability to fish barehanded for strength, agility, and fishing experience Simply fish at any harpoon spot without a harpoon in your inventory Level 6: Barbarian smithing Craft hastas and spears at the barbarian anvil Level 7: Barbarian herblore Enhance potions into mixes with caviar or roe (depending on potion) Mixes are two dose potions that heal 15 hitpoints per dose You can create a variety of different mixes, including high tier potions such as: Stamina, saradomin brews, and super combats Level 8: Barbarian slayer Receive a timed slayer task, if you complete it in time, you receive 50% more slayer points This will also work in co-op slayer, but the time to complete will be lowered accordingly You earn "barbarian training tokens" while doing these skills, which are used to unlock the next level(s) Imbuing stones Kharazi ring (i) Costs two imbuing stones and a Kharazi ring Has double the kharazi ring stats (which have been reduced) Lava and frost chompy hats have been added New achievements Mole Mower III, IV Crypt Creeper I, II, III Champion of Xeric I, II, III Runex Resurgent Minor changes and fixes: Wilderness improvements Buffed drop tables for various wilderness bosses Buffed ankou and green dragon daily task rewards Added a chance for grand crest pieces from lava chest w/ lava key Added a chance for grand crest pieces from rogue's chest King lava dragon teleport added to lava feather exchange at the lava maze Item improvements Buffed lava and frost backpacks Buffed abyssal bludgeon Buffed PvP equipment VLS and SWH spec is now more accurate Zuriels staff now has +25% magic damage Morrigan's now has +3 ranged strength on each piece Drop table improvements Chaos druid warriors Brutal green dragons Black demon Ancient titans Titans now have a chance to drop sacred tokens Vanguards Added boss pet rare drop Task scrolls Dragon spikeshield added to hard and elite task scroll rewards Toy kite cosmetic weapon added to all task scroll rewards Trollweiss cosmetic flowers added to all task scroll rewards Noteable items The following items can now be noted in your bank: Corrupted pieces (include gold trimmed) Elder chaos robe pieces Dragon pickaxe Blessed spirit shield Zanik's crossbow Dragon sword Gilded items Holy wrench Ancient sahrds Platinum tokens and coins now have a right-click "Exchange" option Fixed issues with brine sword special attack effect Raised bank booster max capacity to six (800 slots) Swapped lava and frozen whip with cursed ward and blessing for the Wildy trader blood money exchange Reduced cost of Vorpal staff and Ancient relic in Sacred token exchange (this was applied days before this update) Added barrows chest loots to ::kills 2 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
