House Locations There are a couple things to do to upgrade your house. First of all, changing the location of your house. This can be done by talking to the Estate agent outside of the home portal.Note: Purchasing locations is a one time expense. It will not cost more money to move your house back to a location which you have already purchased. Spoiler The location will change the general look of your house, changing the walls and sometimes the floor. Rimmington - Default look Varrock - 2,500,000 coins Al-Kharid - 5,000,000 coins Rellekka - 7,500,000 coins Ardougne - 10,000,000 coins Falador - 25,000,000 coins Notable rooms and "maxing" your house To "max out" your house, there are a few important rooms you will need. Those being, a study for a lectern, a chapel for an altar, a superior garden for an elixir pool, and a boss portal room for instanced bossing. Study Spoiler The most important thing in a study to build is the lectern which can be used to make teleport tabs to access the cities across Runex, as well as a one click teleport to your own house. Chapel Room Spoiler The chapel room is one of the more pricey rooms, especially if you are looking to completely max it out. The gilded altar with both of the burners can cost close to 240m in just cash (100m per burner and 40m for the 4 gold leaves the altar requires) Superior Garden Spoiler The superior garden is also very expensive, the best tree costs 50m, and the elixir pool ends up being quite expensive at the end of the day. Boss Portal Room Spoiler By creating portals, you can direct them to a variety of different bosses which allow you to fight in a private instance Higher tiers portal frames (teak/mahogany/marble) allow for different bosses Portals are for private usage, so visitors can not use or teleport with your portals Once a portal is created, you must pay the respective pet of the boss to permanently unlock it (unless iron man) You only have to pay the pet once per account, even if you destroy and re-create the boss portal Each usage/teleportation will require a 1-2.5M coin fee, unless you're an iron man (free of charge) -From the May 28th, 2018 update post 2
