Anti-Runecrafting Gloves

Description: While crafting water runes with the Water Runecrafting Gloves equipped, your runes are taken and you receive no experience. 

How or when it occurs: Only when Runecrafting water runes. All other runes receive exp whether or not the Water Runecrafting Gloves are on or off.

Man you need to calm down.

1. Obviously none of the staff have seen this yet. Try doing @52xp or @Ally.
2. This is not a game breaking bug, you will not get a refund.
3. The primary function of the gloves still works as intended.
4. Posting 3 times in 15 minutes is not a way to get a valid response.

Give the staff time.

Correct. I made my thread eight hours ago. I would expect them like I'd expect any other server to have admins/mods online at this time.

The gloves behave NOTHING like they should in-game.

This is not runescape.

The gloves primary function is to act as a source of unlimited water runes when worn.

This has been reported to the admins\Developers, although I should remind you. This isn't the same as Runescape, so some of the items might not do what they do on real Runescape.

Water Runecrafting Gloves are supposed to provide x2 exp for Water runecrafting. They're not expected to provide unlimited water runes.

 

"Water runecrafting gloves  are a reward that may be purchased with tokens from the Fist of Guthix minigame or from Stanley Limelight for 80 thaler. They give double runecrafting experience when crafting water runes. This effect lasts for the crafting of 1,000 rune essence, with a total of 12,000 experience (Net gain 6,000 experience) after which they crumble to dust."

Hey Sarizen,

Our apologies for the wait. After looking into this I can confirm that the gloves are indeed bugged for runecrafting. They're intended to provide double craft experience (and double water rune yield), and also act as an infinite water rune source. It seems the infinite water rune source is functional at the moment. Functionality can be referenced from the update topic in which they were released: 

We'll have the runecrafting feature fixed as soon as possible.

I do apologise @Sarizen, looking over my comments here I do seem rather rude.

Not to mention I was wrong about the full function of the gloves. I thought they only acted as an infinite rune source and did not effect runecrafting in anyway. 

You were right and I apologise for my responses.
