Suggestion:

It would be very nice to have some level 120 capes aswell on the server. 

Reason:

99 Capes is good and all, but 120 capes makes people (atleast me) more motivated to continue after maxing an account.
It's another milestone, maybe even add 120 as achievements for skills. More achievements is always good right?

It will also make so that Roger loses his Comp cape and got to work even harder for it  Should add it for that soul purpose

Edit: Add Comp Cape (t) if you have all level 120's.

I agree that 120 capes would be a great addition to the server, but strongly disagree about the achievements part.

While I'm all for making things harder for Roger, 104m exp (lvl 120) should be a goal/accomplishment, not required for completionist (in my opinion).

Make it a Roger Achievement, so that he's the only one with them

I should've posted this originally, and I'm too lazy to edit my first post...

 

But you could instead turn this suggestion into a Completionist Cape (t) and then 120s would be required. 

That makes it a really big end game achievement for ANYONE that does it.
