Espen 235 Posted August 30, 2023 Hey @Grimbex Turmoil gains the power by leeching the stats off the npcs you are fighting. Which is why it have a base stat then depending on what you attack you gain a different % boost based on their stats. Certain bosses are immune to have their stat drained, Cerb being one of them.
