forgot my accounts password

Hello i cant remember my password i can sign in to the forums i saved my password in to google. but when i type it in on the game it says the password is incorrect so when i go to change it on the website it tells me its incorrect.... idk what to do here

I will go ahead and put in a ticket for your forgotten pass, in game and forum can indeed be different passwords, so changing it on forums won't change it in game.

This can take up to 48 hours.
