Guys what is the best complete range gear I can get until 4b? I mean the one that will deal most damage.

i would suggest going with lava dhide body, chaps and boots, try to get grand gloves if possible, otherwise archon gloves are good and build into them. for a weapon you want to work towards getting a zaryte bow but start with a blowpipe. amulet of ranging until you can afford a sanguenesti pendant. earth slayer helmet/
