More GWD gear.

There was more bandos gear added to RS pre-eoc (or maybe right after or with eoc), including the bandos war helm, bandos shield,  bandos gloves, armadyl gloves, armadyl boots, armadyl buckler, the robes of subjugation, and saradomin amulets. None of these items would be BiS so it shouldn't affect content too much, but it would provide a way to obtain decent gear in a way that new players will understand. A lot of the custom content can be confusing for new players, but everyone understands god wars.

The gwd expension that added new full gear for gwd was after EoC, and it was added because the combat triangle got a massive negative bonuses using wrong gear style in EoC.

Bandos The bandos Helm, shield and gloves would be very pointless in a osrs combat style system, as we already have barrrows gloves, slayer helmets and defenders.
Zamorak got subjugation mage armour since there was no tier 70 powerarmour in EoC, im not against that here but also don't think its neccesery.
Armadyl same story as Bandos it dont fit the osrs combat system imo and we already have easier to optain items that is better.
Saradomin these neckleses is more or less osrs/RuneX versions of Zenytes meaning we already have it.

Keep in mind this is only my point of view on the topic, looking forward seeing what the others think about it.

I would agree with you if the god rings didn't exist, but the 6.75% damage boost makes these gear sets viable, and more options for gear to get that bonus would only make them better.
