step 1. get 99 hunter. just do it. you'll hate yourself if you see a custom imp with only 80 hunter. (83 minimum at this step in my opinion)

step 2. catch eclectic implings, lots of them and collect all the noted planks you can. 

step 3. get 88 construction and make yourself a cozy little treasure room with all the mahogany furniture you desire

Pro tip add on to training construction - use kharazi coffer to store any non essential skilling materials

step 4. build a pet menagerie so you dont have to get rid of any cute pets you like and get to collect them all and pretend you are still 12 playing pokemon. 

step 5. learn how to effectively use kharazi coffer

this is my coffer and it consists of mainly items that i either have stopped collecting, obtain rarely enough that I don't need to add to their stacks or only hold onto for the mage of wisdom exchange. some of these supplies i could keep collecting in my looting bag but I have enough that I don't feel the need to, truly up to the player. 

step 6. get a golden looting bag. this is your best friend on this game mode. without looting bags id say uim is nearly unplayable at least to the extent and style that I play it. this should be your first priority after building a poh. 

go for golden first and then down the line if you have a lot of extra runecoins go for a grand looting bag. They're great fun for collecting noted materials and skotizo totem farming. 

step 7. grind away like any other ironman. goodluck on the progress!
