whoami 2 Posted September 1, 2019 (edited) Cooking Guide GEAR Spoiler In order to train cooking efficiently, you'll want to wear your max xp boosting gear, along with the cooking gauntlets (that you get from the lvl 60 cooking achievement). Here is the gear that I personally use: GETTING SUPPLIES Spoiler To train cooking you need raw food. The obvious way to get raw food is by fishing, and the less obvious way is by completing fishing achievements. There are 4 fishing achievements: Sea hauler I (25 fishing): 75 raw tunas, 50 raw lobsters Sea hauler II (55 fishing): 750 raw swordfish, 500 raw monkfish Sea hauler III (80 fishing): 1000 raw sharks, 750 raw manta rays Sea hauler IV (99 fishing): 1000 raw sea turtle Another way of getting raw food would be hunting gourmet implings or killing bosses. Here is a list of all the monsters that drops raw food: Also, if you're not an ironman, you could simply buy the raw food you need from the trading post. PLACES TO TRAIN Spoiler The most common place to train cooking is in the little room north-east of edgeville bank: But there is a range closer to a bank in the donator zone ($10+): And one ever closer at ::elite ($100+) TRAINING METHODS Spoiler The higher your cooking level the better the food you can cook, and the less often you'll burn. Here is a list of all the raw food and their requirements to cook: I personally recommend always cooking the highest food that you can. Even if you burn a lot, the experience per hour will still be higher than cooking a lower level food. Also, raw materials are easy to come by, you can afford to burn a few fishes. ACTUALLY TRAINING Spoiler All you have to do is use the raw food on the stove, select "make all" and wait for it to be done. ACHIEVEMENTS Spoiler There are 4 cooking related achievements: Culinary arts I, II, III and IV. CAPES Spoiler At level 99 cooking you can purchase the cooking skillcape, and at 200m exp you can buy the 200m cooking cape.
