    Hey, At 9:45 PM EST I got a Drake's Tooth drop. I was the only one there, and I searched through all of the bone piles on the floor, but there was no tooth on the ground. I tele'd home and searched through my bank, keyword searched (turned up nothing), and then went through every individual tab, and had no tooth in my bank. I messaged James when it happened, but I assume he got too busy to respond, and figured this would be an easier avenue to try and get some assistance to prevent bothering him. Hopefully I can get some info about this, thanks.

    Hey, I was trying to buy an elemental shield from the slayer shop and accidentally spent 1K points on a Superior Slayer Tome due to client lag. The tome I accidentally purchased is directly above the shield (highlighted in red and blue). I'm hoping I can get a refund for this? Ty. Edit:
