i have 2 prayer access it is physically impossible for me to run out of prayer points with just melee protect on. how did i die at bandits and lose status? was literally there for over an hour b4 i died? and came back twice to unjail. so i know my protection was on.?

Description:donated for the grand promo package today, donation info clearly states i would receive 35k hween tokens from the grand pack and 15k from the 300$ version. I did not receive any of the such. How or when it occurs: It happened due to the removal of the event b4 i opened im assuming, but you can still roll on the chest. can i get the tokens please :D?
