Ign: Port I had submitted a request a week or 2 ago and was asked if i had the IP address the account was created with before the problem could be solved. I have the ip address, just need to know who to give it to. I MAY need pin reset aswell, i believe i remember it. But not 100% sure.

I haven't been on rune-x in probably around a year, I've forgotten the password to my main account "port" I can provide the email address and amount donated on the account. I however can't find a receipt for the donations. I tried recovering through email but it doesn't seem to be sending when I request it. Please help :(
