Iron Rey

While doing new Pokemon event I just noticed my Arclight (I) disappeared from my inventory on "Rey". I don't know if I dropped it, or something else happened. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, ty. EDIT: I am also missing a shadowrend sword. Something with the soulsteal balls or something is broken. EDIT: 2 SOLVED THANK YOU RAW

Hello, I was hoping I'd be able to switch my current account names. I would like "Iron Rey" to become "Rey". I own both accounts and would like the current account named "Rey" to become "Iron Rey" after the name change. Thank you very much in advance.
