all I am going to say is. why does it take months, for staff to look at a post?, I mean they responded here quick enough, is it just me or these staff are command whores. use and abuse there powers. (from banning people with out knowing what's going on, to muting players, making things up. teleporting out of wild, hmmm

send to you everything that has happened with the evidence used against me or the lack of in my opinion. but someone elses opinion would be greatly appreciated as. I just deal with the same people over and over again despite asking for someone else. I don't know how someone who is involved in the issue can look at my appeal but what do I know. I only been playing rsps for over 10 years and never seen anything like this.

I find it very disrespectful. second you really think. I would admit to braking a rule to a member of staff how retarded do you think I am. I was messing around its clear as day. this is ridicules why was my appeal and report closed down by mods, in my posts I have said, I don't want mods to review my appeal or my report due to the fact there all in same clan and in same chat together. I would like for my appeal and report to be reviewed by someone higher then mod, also I would like a conversation with someone higher due to the proof I have of the staff in question. to prove why I don't want staff to view my appeal, due to them simply not liking me. they been trying to get me ban so many times. now they have to use rubbish evidence against me. I made a simple joke. its clear as day a joke. and I got ban for it.

thanks appreciate your feed back. at the time I was admittedly thinking of ways to prevent this. and make it easier for staff. so now I calmed down I would agree with you, maybe I was going over the top with the whole command part, also thanks for giving examples of how my main point could of helped in some situations. and how this can effect other cases in the future. also I have in fact made a report on the person who jailed me, giving full details. thanks for the suggestion.

you can think what you want. we all know you get special treatment more then other players. This is just about making sure every person is treated fairly. and to ensure there to be no question into why a person was falsely punished or not. and it would be clear with proof, instead of taking hours to find out all this info. it would be right at the staffs finger tips. giving them more insight into each case. helping them to understand what has happened even with out being logged into the game. it could even be used to show the proof to person to back up the claims against them. its a suggestion. for a reason. because I am suggestion something, to help staff and players. not to just benefit me

well well well isn't this interesting, I would like to suggest keeping staff topics and issues out of the support threads, after all this isn't relevant to what your saying, how would you know anything about what I was warned about and what I was not, after all you are not a staff member and you should not know anything related to what is dealt away from rest of the server, simple, this is apart of the problem I am speaking about, you should not know staff business, we all know they tell you stuff you should not know and you get away with a lot of things, because your group. also if you accusing me of scamming, if you think I am, there is a report thread for that. I have proven my self that I have not scammed thanks. reason Ryan himself called it off. so if you got a issue, feel free to take it up with Ryan himself. half of my business has nothing to do with you as it was left to staff.

first of all I would just like to say, I am only going by my expertise, not anyone else's, this is for players and staff. we are all equal are we not?, staff have powers because there some of the most trusted people on the server, like police are trusted to do there duties, so why not make mods more of a proud resepected role where no two questions can be asked, and if need be proof and can shown to the player themselves, and no logs need to be viewed as much for proof, like I said this is staff friendly as much as it is player friendly, it benefits both. I would also like to say as I am clearly disliked by a few staff members. one staff member told me, another staff member said to him the following i quote '' jail him tell we look into it and see if he is or is not breaking the rules.'' from experience by the following comment alone, you are supposed to prove or know that person is breaking a rule before simply punish them, after all reason its called a punishment. so you are simply punishing people because you expect them of breaking the rules but don't simply know they are. so they feel the need to punish the player tell the staff, or the player themselves. prove themselves as innocent. because a staff member simply can not do basic checks before actions. where is the logic in this. Ryan if you read this, then you know yourself I am sure. I have requested my own logs to be viewed by you to clear my name of what I have been accused of by your staff before. I have had over five people tell me they have been punished one way or another for doing nothing wrong, (I know a lot of people say this even though there is proof right in front of them, I seen it myself, but it gets me thinking on why is this even a thing to begin with?) however I know of James and raw, teleporting out of wild, I got told they are not allowed to. yet I seen them do it. I seen James do teleto a player, and then attack another player I later found out, I seen in the game chat, James teleported out of the wild same with raw, and everyone seen it and said naughty boy ect but really why ?.lets be realistic, are they doing it because they don't want to walk out of wild, or is it really to help a player ect. as the staff system in my eyes are flawed and isn't been looked at enough, (not blaming you Ryan I understand your busy) so I have came up with a good idea to stop all of this. for example: imgur.com/a/TowOCt9 this proves what im talking about, there is no proof but wasting my time and punishing me for something they don't even know if I have done or not. first I think this should be tested maybe tweaked to your liking and see how it helps staff and players alike. first of all one for the staff to be thinking about before any commands should even be typed in, a basic check list you should really think about before any action towards a player. 1) have I spoke to this person?, (ie find out there intentions if you expect them of breaking a rule or have I first done the right checks to back up my claim before accusing them? most cases it can just be discussed and that would be the end of it, most day to day things don't really require any action to even be necessary or blown up) 2) is the issue this person , a)is doing or b) causing, really serious and requires action/ or punishment to be issued because of: 1) effects the eco; 2) effecting other players or staff? or 3) breaking the rules 3) have I ensured that I have proof before taking any action?, and have I done the right checks to ensure I'm right before I simply punish a player because I assume there breaking a rule of some kind? now what is my idea . for this to work, and to really prove staff are not abusing powers and to back up all staff choices. and I really think this will make staff think about there actions a little more. first of all new forums thread for staff only to give reason on why they used the action they took against the player, and proof of this person doing what there being accused of. for the next part the form should look simple and something like this , there should be 0) if you teleported out of wild please give a reason on why you felt the need to?: please post following proof of claim below.: if a action against a player please fill out the below 1)username: 2) what the player did wrong: 3) has this player received any warning? if so how many and by what staff member?: 4) if possible has this person been spoken to?, if so by who?: 5)did you or another staff member, try resolve the issue before any actions was taken?: 6) what has this person done to issue the actions taken?: 7) was there any other staff members involved? if so who ?: 8 ) what checks did you make if need be, to back up your accusation of the player in question: 9 ) any other comments ?: 10) please show all evidence and if possible warnings below to prove the player has deserved the punishment that was given to them and to prove your action was justified.: why am I writing all this? well these simple things have effected me twice now and both times, I needed to prove I am innocent over somethin silly. I gone as far as to request logs to be viewed by ryan to try clear my name from the staffs sights. so I hope you understand out of my frustration and like for the server. this has taken me few hours to really think about how to combat this. it has effected me. and I am close to quitting the server altogether due to the staff alone (not including ralph). I enjoy the server, to the point I even came across with some friends. and after 8-9 days since I joined and had many hours played, and getting donator, as well as playing as a prime dedicated to the server, I am thinking about leaving this server because the staff alone. not saying I have never done anything wrong.
