Nowhere did I make an assumption that you didn't know anything about IT... I'm able to navigate forums + open client correct, just not establish a connection while trying to login.

I don't know where/how to find what the .jar file is pointing towards. I have all runex.io variations whitelisted. Maybe you don't realize it, but just because I work in IT doesn't mean I know EVERYTHING about technology...

Do you do motion GFX at all?

Okay, so not sure if this can be fixed or not ... so I'm at work at the moment, and the runex client won't let me log in. I'm assuming it is being blocked by our filter. I am in charge of IT and therefore able to make changes to the filter. How do I find out what I need to white list in order for the client to work properly? If even possible... Thanks!

Suggestion: Create a database\guide with all custom items AND their effects. Creating a wiki would be another way to go about doing this. Could give out $5-20 bonds to users for creating good guides on different bosses and what not for the wiki. Reason: As a new player it is very overwhelming with all the customs in game. And at least to my knowledge, I have yet to find a good database explaining what they all do. I donated and have well over 10b at this point, but no idea what to buy as I do not know what customs do what, and where they rank as opposed to bandos, armadyl, etc...

Hey there everyone! So I'm fairly new to the server, and I must say, the amount of customs is a little overwhelming. In my opinion, there needs to be a guide somewhere explaining all of the different customs and what their affects are. As of right now I donated and have a little over 10b, but absolutely no idea what to buy, because I don't know what half the stuff does. Is there a knowledge-base somewhere that I'm just missing? So I donated for a $45 and $100 bond to hit the $150 benchmark for the event promo pack. I was able to redeem the $100, but not the 45. Hey! So I just started yesterday, donated a lot of money and would like to transfer my status from Nike007v2 to PrimeNikes. PS. The donor rewards suck lol... Donated $150 and got absolute crap from the boxes.
