I was switching one bank tab to another ones spot and it glitched the other tabs item over the other tabs first item. So there is like two items glitched over eachother on one of my taps. Tried switching it, collapsing it, restarting game. It still wont fix so idk what to do. Tried to edit to add picture not letting me....

nevermind.... not paying 10b after i put this same ticket in for 1b over 4 months ago and waited over 3 months for you guys to do it. now i have to pay 10 times as much? fucking ridiculous

I've been waiting for my donator transfer and name change for like over a month and a half.... the fact that I had to pay for this at all was slightly offensive. Believe me I understand busy also. I've had plenty of jobs in my time. I hope that this will not be taken lightly though I feel a lot of players are now starting to feel uncared for. Not trying to "attack" or "come at" anybody just trying to notify those that handle this(donator transfers & name changes). This is starting to become ridiculous. Thanks

Adsz, thank you for the reponse. No, I don't want a refund. I just want the transfer and name change done. I realize and have been told multiple times there is no ETA on name change, but the fact that its been 6 weeks and neither have been done is ridiculous, even name change tbf. I don't understand how it takes 6 weeks to do either. Sorry for the rant. I know you guys only deal with tickets, but wow.

Hi, I use to play Runex and would like to start playing again. It is definitly one of the best servers I've played in my 10 years of rsps experience. My in-game username was/is "Akhenaten". I'm currently having a issue and was wondering if anyone had a way around it or maybe some information to point me in the right direction. I dont have a PC atm and was wondering if there is a way to get around this on your cellular device. By this i mean downloading java on my android and being able to load the Runex Client. I have a MHL converter which will convert my android screen to TV, along with a keyboard and mouse. So if it is possible to do those so I could somehow load Runex Client on my android please let me know! I am currently quarantined for "Covid-19" and have no other way of playing atm. If anyone knows there could be or is a way to do this please inform me. I would be more than greatful! If not I'll just have to wait until I get a new PC, but Runex would definitly help keep me sane during this panademic lol Thank You, Akhenaten XOXOXO

I do believe it is possible with a java emulator m8, but I'm not sure how to go about that.

I forgotten which e-mail and password I used for my main account "Akhenaten" Its been a year or more since I've even played and would really like to retrieve my account. If there's anyway you guys can just do a password reset and lmk which e-mail it is being sent to i should be able to handle it from there. Thank You P.S. If you're able to check the older computer addresses/IP of the accounts "King Tut" & "Akhenaten" you will also see they will be the same. Idk if this helps, but hopefully so.
