Hey there Beck, want to start by saying thanks for your interest in joining the team, but want to break a part some of the application. I remember you from back in the day and I do remember your hiatus as well as you were on my Iron's friends list. Although you are back I would really like to see you around longer than a month before I plus one or anything happens as one solid month of playtime is good but as you said in the part below you may not be that well known but you're working on making a name for yourself which is probably the biggest thing because you need the respect of the player base. Agree to disagree to a point. We started the game the same as everyone else, and that's to have fun. Yes in my opinion the player base and helping players comes first, but we are allowed to PvM and what not and be busy at times, that being said the current staff team and I would gladly help others even if we were PvM'ing or anything really. Will we be slow to answer?, yes sometimes but that's very rare and we're usually never "busy" for any period longer than fighting a single boss (one minute at most.) Yes players may not stick around as a staff member is "busy" but that's not always the case cause most of the time when I've seen staff not able to help has been when they're already helping someone else in there messages already. Not saying that what you said isn't true at all, I've just witnessed a different side. Only time I've told someone I'm busy has been when trying to convince another member of the community to not kill themselves and I still ended up helping them. Its just really a priority thing obviously but, I'm more inclined to save a real life in the world than help someone with what they should spend 5b on. I've never seen a current member of the staff team refuse to help someone because they are "busy" I'd leave opinions like this off applications, I know it's an opinion and to take it as just but it makes you seem out of the loop as well. The staff team know's the players that help and also try to convince the ones they that are helpful to apply. Ultimately to my knowledge you won't be just offered a position on Runex's staff team unless you show interest in becoming staff by applying through the forums. I understand why you have those feelings but don't be so quick to judge other servers just because you've had poor experiences with others in the past. If you see this being a thing with the staff of RuneX I'd be glad to hear your opinion on it ingame or through discord, just don't want a full out conversation on a staff application. Overall I think that you could be an alright candidate to become staff but at the moment going to give you a -1 as I'd like to see you stick around a lot longer before being offered any type of position. I've seen you ingame here or there but as you stated you've only been back for around a month so some older players and newer ones might know you but the ones in your gap of playtime also need to know who you are and see how helpful you are. If you can manage to stick around and continue to be helpful I'd be glad to give you my support on your next app

Hey there mate, sometimes if you use a special character in your password you'll have login problems. Try changing your password to only include numbers and letters and try again. Do not like this idea one bit, if you've ever done an extended task in kourend you'd understand me when I say that you can get a ton of sup jelly's so this would make that quite over powered. I don't think that making a 100% key/totem drop is the right move as that takes away from grinding which is like 90% of this game. Yea it doesn't grant you a 100% rare from the totem/key but this would make gathering resources too easy. As for the second part with achievements I would love to see some low'ish tiered achievements but believe the rewards you gave are quite overpowered especially for the brim keys. Also don't think there will be any damage boosting for killing certain amount of boss as that's already featured in the Boss Points Tree. We have achievements for killing certain GWD bosses, I'd like to see the numbers raised as well but hilt and crest piece as reward just seems too OP in my opinion as most high tier players would just be able to claim the rewards for a free 2b+ as they already have the KC's. As for the last part with increasing the chance at superior I don't like that one bit. As I stated with Jellies if you do an extended task you're more than likely going to run into 2-3 per trip which is already super high (rate would be like 1/50 1/33 at 2-3 per trip with 90'ish to kill on task) I appreciate the post and the time you took out to create it but the only one I can realistically seeing being added would be the extra achievements if the rewards were balanced more.

Nice so far, I'd recommend doing any of the Money Makings that gives sacks and bags of tokens to boost it up faster!
