    Hey,

    So the past few months I have been trying to fight my permanent ban but it doesn't look like it's going anywhere (due to certain requirements which I won't go into). I've met many awesome people at RuneX and lots of great friends. Shout out to @Kong, my main man. You're doing a really good job and congrats on Admin!

    A lot of you newer members won't know me, but I've been around for quite some time and have had my ups & downs on RuneX.

    I'll keep in contact with a few of you on Discord, as I have been. Bye for now!

    I'm permanently jailed until they get a proper response from Ramzi, who has to track the items. :)

    Onto why you should be banned. You gave out your password/pin to someone yet you're claiming you don't know who was on your account. Right. That's not believable at all. I'm quite certain the person that tried 'scamming' people on your account is in Murdaaa's discord with you. (my first thought is Kliksa without any evidence on my part) simply because the staff aren't able to tell who the person on your account was if you're still in jail and they haven't made a decision.

    First of all, I literally wrote at the bottom of my post that this is not about my ban. It's about the community manager. 

    Second of all, when did I claim that I don't know who was on my account? I'm the one who reported the person to the staff team and gave them all the evidence. The user was U I M.

    Third of all, I am not in Murdaaa's discord.

    I was wrong to say Ramzi doesn't care, it's just super frustrating when we have no idea who the person is, personally. The fact that you say "you haven't had personal conversations with him" is a great example, thank you. We can't have a personal conversation with him as he's never online for us to see. 

    A little patience is fine, but when it turns out that the majority of the staff team has to wait a long time for a proper response, that's not great. And when most users aren't able to talk to the COMMUNITY MANAGER himself. I don't understand why Ryan/Ramzi are so against having a community manager that is actively known within the community? Who is on every day, and knows the details of most punishments/issues.

    Hi.

    I have waited almost a week on whether or not I'm being banned because of someone pretending to be me, on my account, and scamming other members of the community. I've been stuck in jail, not being able to do anything, when all the staff are waiting on a response from the Community Manager.

    You need a Community Manager that actually cares. Ramzi is not active. I don't care if he's busy with school, if the staff can't do their job properly because the person they go to is not active enough to give a response, then you either need a second Community Manager or a brand new one.

    I'm not saying this just because of my recent issue, it's been evident in the past, as stated by multiple members of the community.

    @Kong or @Logical would suit the position.

    EDIT: Before you post "Read the rules about rule-sharing, bla bla". My account is not the main topic. This topic is about nobody know who Ramzi is or what he said, and the staff team not being able to do anything without his permission which takes forever because he's busy with SPK or School.

    Hello, citizens of Runex.

    It has come to my attention that the Dank Memer Bot has been removed from the RuneX Discord Server. I, for one, was absolutely bitter and filled with disgust when I noticed this. For weeks my soul has been empty, with no coins to give and no coins to take. There was once a time when I ruled the Dank leaderboards and could tell my parents that I had done everything I needed to succeed in this dark, treacherous world, with fame following my every move. 

    As none of the staff members seem to respond to our communities plea for the Dank Memer Bot's return, being too busy with Rainbow Six Siege or arguing with the citizens of Runex, I turn to you @Ryan. You see the light, you know what it's like to have something of beauty and honor taken away from you (Yes, R.I.P @Logical and @Roger). You feel what we feel... pain, emptiness and a lack of love.

    I have received a letter from a young lumbard that lives in this very realm, who informed me that the Dank Memer Bot was removed due to the excessive use of something my eyes wish to never see... an explicit production of someone that lives on our very planet, a being of human genes. Although the bot does have these kinds of permissions, I'm sure with the number of hours that your staff team spends frolicking in the town of Edgeville, they have the time to punish those who abuse our leader's permissions, rather than removing the glory who has no intention to harm our realm.

    Please sign THIS petition, we need our voice heard.

    To be honest, It's pretty disgusting that Ramzi would only respond with a few lines when you've literally put in the effort to try and show him what's wrong with RuneX right now. 

    @Ramzi As a person, we don't know you. You are not a Community Manager. You're never in-game and users are not able to talk to you. Even your staff team can't talk to you without full engagement (which is evident from this too). 

    What happened man? I used to login every night with a group of friends that loved the game & community, now it's run by a bunch of uptight boys that are afraid to put their hand up and make the right decisions.
