Why you should recieve the position: I am a very active member of the community, i am helpfull 60% of the time i am actively talking in cc or yell, In my time played i have gathered a lot of information which i can use to assist other players with. 7. why you shouldn't recieve the postion: I have low tolerance for people who complain about dying in the wildy, they complain about how toxic pkers are while they are mostly just annoying people who might have actual questions. What James says or doesn't say is up to him, I personally don't think calling someone 2 bad words is excessive but opions aren't always shared. I posses the ability to ignore someone before something goes bad, in this situation nothing happened i said "bad" things and that's it. Also i'd like to point out that i by no means are going to change the way i act if i do get a staff position, I'd rather stay my own person than be a "good" person who never says anything bad because that is not how i am, if people have an issue with that they're more than welcome to point it out to others or add me to their ignore list.

Let's start off by saying, everyone that has ever seen my talk in cc knows i don't back away from an argument and i personally feel like it shouldn't mather if you are staff or a normal player aslong as you don't harras or excessively flame a person, We have rules to show us what we can and can't do, if i have broken any rules in this circumstance please do let me know. with the 20% damage reduction i feel like it's not as bad as before, i still like to see the change reverted but with how it is now it's not too bad anymore

+1, I don't know why we needed a scythe nerf in the first place.

I like the idea of nex armour's for several reasons, my personal main one is i love how they look. Torva: instead of making it close to draconic i would make it more defensive, a good str bonus but defensive stats in between justiciar and draconic (we don't have a tank/dps hybrid (ye ye justi sith holy ring but i like having a ring to improve drop rates) and i feel like we need a decent sized test group to avoid powercreep with melee seeing how powerfull it already is) i would also like seeing it as a cosmetic upgrade for justiciar (taking away saradomin set effect for holy ring) Pernix: i do agree that the gap between lava/arma to morrigans/darkroot/hydra is too big and it would fill the slot nicely with the right stats avoiding powercreep again because if it was on par with darkroot/hydra that would make both those harder to obtain sets useless to grind for imo Virtus: instead of putting it on par with ancestral i would like seeing it as defensive mage armour, we lack good defensive armour for mage right now i feel and virtus might fill that spot, i would suggest 2.5% damage per piece while working with ring of darkness and pretty solid defensive stats for the pieces too make it the justiciar of mage, ofcourse not as strong as justiciar to not make it op but strong enough to where people might opt out of higer dps for more sustain. Overall i say the passive would not fit in the game at all with how we could already do that with pets and would just make the armour the best cuz why do more dps or tank more when u get 60 total hp more with a full set on, and i would try to avoid powercreep which would make grinding raids pretty useless (like logic said with torva) and that would remove too much end game. i would also suggest having a big test group for it, try and find people who don't want it and people who do and carefully listen to what both sides say is too weak or too strong and balance the armour with their feedback.

Nice guide. Feels helpfull for people that do wanna comp but aren't used to pking, i like the gear recomendations aswell. always good seeing the people that get hate for what they do still help others out.

I can put aside my own opinion about any argument or issue and help unbiased. 7. Why should i be picked over other candidates: I am online pretty much all the time, I know a lot of the grey area of the rules because of my interest in seeing what is allowed and what isn't within the existing rules, I'm always reading help chat and assisting where i feel my help is needed. 8. Previous rule-breaking/punishments: I have been muted once for harrasment because i lost my cool and didn't know when to quit. 9. Reasons why you might not fit in a staff position: The hours i play fluctuate a lot (as in sometimes i' on during daytime in my timezone and other times i am online only during night times). There have been times where my behavior was more toxic that helpfull. Any and all feedback is welcome so i am aware of what i could do better and what i could work on to improve the general opinion about me. ~Noah
