Before I start, excuse me for my NOT perfect English.
While my main account is successfully banned for NO REASAN by moderator J, and moderators are ignoring me, I had time to think outside the Runex client, and I came up with an idea, which I could even make/write code for some in-game reward.
I didn't post this at Suggestions because I want discuss little bit about this service what I'm about to suggest.
You could suggest idea, and programming techniques.
So...
As you know in game one of the main things is MARKET, every player buy and sell stuff, you can't take it out from game, so I thought why not put this into NEXT level ?
Why not to create something like runescape have " GE Tracker " ?
Imagine this scenario,
1.) I fill up all available slots in my TP, to sell my goods and gain coins/gp.
2.) After that, I exit the game client to do other Real life activity, but also for me it is important to know/to track if someone bought from me any thing, and I have, again, available slots at TP to fill up with new items, if so, then I can fast log into a game and add new items into my TP. ( and this tracking will we available at website )
This "TP tracker" first version could be very simple, and then step by step it can be upgraded.
Concept of "TP tracker" app v1.0
* It's web based app on React or VUE engine, which receive data from main server database API in XML or JSON, or any other data structure.
* TP tracker - is with responsive design, that it is comfortable to use with Desktop (PC/MAC), Tablet and phone
* TP tracker is available by link https://runex.io/tp
* TP trackers - is separated from FORUM ( stand alone app )
* TP tracker v1.0 - will not use sockets, and new data will be gain by page reload ( let the first version of app be as light as possible ), or maximum let app make AJAX request to API once in 5 minutes, and if TP sell list hash is not changed, then app will not allow loop through Database for new information ( it will save server power little bit )
* TP tracker v1.0 - will not contain items image/pic/icon, it will be fully TEXT content, other features can be added in next versions of TP tracker
* TP tracker app security - actually it's very secure because App in v1.0 will use only GET method from server over HTTPS protocol, in app there will not be fields with Login and Password.
For user to Log into TP Tracker app, he will need to log into runex.io forum, then runex.io will give him some kind on TP Tracker ACC Token, and app will operate only on bases of this Token, and not on bases user Login and Password
TP Tracker future:
* Create desktop app on NODE.js with electron / web app / mobile app ( for android it can be free, but for iOS I suggest buy account as iOS developer +/- 100usd )
* Add sockets, and make app be very dynamic
* Add to app possibility to put new items into TP store, add POST/PUT/DELETE methods to API
* See charts, item charts in range of 1y or 6m, that sellers know item trend
* Add Runex server news section/ update section etc.
* See raids information
* Possibility to create raids party or join to raid party
* chat with in game friends, to make a plans for "Some evening game session"
* See Runex.io player TOP
--- basically, make small system where players can continue playing Runex / be involved with Runex, even if they are not able to open a PC and run Runex Client (.jar)
Of course in TP Tracker app, there can be options and bonuses for those who pay like subscript $5 / $10 dollar a month, this money could cover this app expenses, like server for app etc.
If this idea seems stupid for you, don't be judge full, I just tried to suggest something what I would be using myself. ^^
But if this idea is not so bad, and it has chances to live you can write some APP suggestions below, and hope that administration of Runex will see it. And if they will see it, and if they will like it, and they need developer who can work on this project.......... I am ready to start.
