You're right. I was a bit harsh by saying it would make me not like the whole suggestion simply over a common dislike for nerfs. I'm sorry. As for your theory of boosting low tier (16 hp) monsters like the Crawling Hand dropping bulk amounts of raw materials.. that's a mistake. Nothing balanced about this makes sense. You have just increased the amount of raw materials coming into the game by a tenfold due to how easy these monsters are to kill. You will never find 10 Baby Imps in 1 spot that you can catch in the matter of 20 seconds, but you can find 10 Crawling Hands in 1 spot that you can kill in 20 seconds. I don't see any reason to go from Impings to Slayer for the meta for raw materials. It doesn't hurt the economy at all currently and updating it the way you are thinking will only make it easier to obtain raw materials.

You mistake "overpowered" with "viable" too much. Currently all Implings have an abundance of items on their tables.. with more than 10+. When this is applied it takes quite some time to gather bulk amounts of the same resource. That Dragon Pickaxe coming from an Impling will take you quite a few tries before finally getting it, mainly due to how much variety there is. Example; It took me at least 100+ Eclectic Implings to get just 1 Marble Block. Finally rolling on the table and getting this item was quite hard due to the amount of items there were on the table. Low tier slayer being buffed is a mistake. Most players are doing easy tasks for slayer strictly for the 100 Streak, if not they are going for quick superior spawns. If you were to change the drop table to add low tier skilling supplies in bulk amounts you will find 10x more resources abroad than you would someone catching baby implings, etc. There are far more slayer NPC's than there are actual implings. Instead of instantly thinking some of your ideas are better than others let us first decide. Stating "no-one likes nerfs. So I want to make a suggestion that people will like" only makes me not like the suggestion as a whole. I've never heard of anyone having an issue with the abundance of resources coming from hunter, it's always seemed very well balanced so that Ironman accounts can have a great way of collecting raw materials. It's also not the only way to obtain these raw materials, there are at least 2-3+ more ways to obtain them.. imps just happen to be the most common method. I've felt the only reason we had D'harpoon + D'pickaxe on the table was for skiller accounts, which is totally acceptable. We aren't OSRS nor RS3 where everything has to have a certain balance, etc. Runex has been successful this far and If it doesn't need to be fixed don't change it.

My only conclusion to this that I can think of is you accidently dropped the achievement item. If this were the case than there needs to be a fix for this, Perdu south of shops should return any lost achievement item. (currently it doesn't) I'm sure logs will show a dropped item. That item may have been the Dragon Slayer Gloves, x2 Books or a Spotted Cape + Book.. if 20 points are missing.

I would definitely lean toward 75%, I couldn't imagine losing 60k RC, 15.3k SP in 1 click. 🤮

Truth is, there is no little Timmy getting upset over there being 1 BIS helmet for all combat styles. Little Timmy would figure it out eventually. Little Timmy wouldn't be discouraged about "END GAME GEAR DIVERSITY" (whatever the hell that is) and Little Timmy may feel comfortable just getting 1-2 fused upgraded helms while sticking to 1 or 2 combat styles for the rest of Little Timmy's days. Learn to be like Timmy, Timmy knows how to enjoy the game without over-analyzing it.

Again, a ridiculous response. You downgrade it as "it just frees up 1-2 inv slots" but it will "benefit me greatly if added". More contradicting. Also stop assuming it will "turn off new players".. you have no idea how annoying that sounds when we ALREADY HAVE GRAND ITEMS in the first place. Give me a break. 🙄 Stop contradicting yourself. The Fused Slayer was created for this very reason and it's one of the most sought out items in-game as a Tribrid Helmet. The Grand Slayer Helmet (as well as ANY grand item already in-game) is the "pinnacle" as you've stated. It shouldn't be 3 seperate items. Grand Boots, Gloves, etc. were added for a reason. But if we had a grand slayer helmet, it would just be the same answer, making it look like we lack content." Do you know how ridiculous you sound?

Grand Slayer Helmet The combination of the Lava + Frost + Earth Slayer Helmets. The stats should have the exact same offence + defence bonuses, BUT will have a combination of all 3 helmets for other bonuses. +8 Strength +8 Prayer +5 Range Strength +5% Magic Damage 100% success rate as a Tier III. This should be very rewarding considered how challenging it will be to obtain.

I've brought claws to many slayer tasks in hopes I'll hit the cap of 80, but it's never happened. The inaccuracy is unbelievable on them..I've almost RC'd mine due to how terrible they have been.

Just an FYI, I used to manage a server where this was implemented and this exact method was abused by people wanting to quickly escape risky situations.. basically they forced themselves to disconnect and were force logged. Not to mention the amount of bot farms we had that would do this exact same method of dcing in masses and caused the server to crash.. It's a nice thing to have, just needs to be 100% server sided and have no risk on the server.
