zulrah droprates are fake 100% confirmed. ples explain... Have like 45% droprate bonus or so. rare drops supposed to be 1 in 300 yet ive only gotten 1 of them in 1618kc?? with 45% dropratebonus... Honestly feels like dropratebonus is negative.

No? Im pretty sure you have to operate them to cast charge but its free to cast tho. Wouldnt make much sense if they casted god spells as they were charged if the staves have the option to cast charge for free...
