well the points is that the avas effect is not unique to the device seeing as the ranged cape has the same effect. I know that the range cape has even lowere stats than the regular ava device but that does mean it is not unique.

Technically we can. but i would argue that at a farely steep RP cost it would be balanced enough. because why not? For this i would have to say that the avas (t) predates the kharazi cape by quite a bit. so what would be a reason to NOT give the cape the same effect?

I'd like to see the kharazi cape have the same effect as ava's accumulator. If just giving it the effect is seen as to OP because of the stats. I would suggest giving it an untradable imbued version for somewhere around 50-100k Runex points. Feel free to discuss : )

ah so a feature not a bug? Well i wasted a LOT of time then.....

I found out today that you can hunt red chins with a falcon from at least lvl 55. when it should be lvl 63 hunter. I found this out because i forgot what hunter lvl you need for red chins. so i decided to just trie it and i could catch them at lvl 55.
