oops x2

that is for voting on two accounts trying to redeem more then 6 votes in 24hrs how does this have any issue with my account? here is my issue. i vote every day 4:30pm and 4:30am. i redeem said vote at 4:30pm and 4:30pm. (if able to access computer) last night was unable to access computed (voted as normal for this account but on phone) Redeemed it at 12 or 1pm when i was able to access computer (meaning last time i "voted" was at 4:30 am) Voted again at 4:30pm and attempted to redeem it and it said the message above. Not once was i trying to "redeem more points" i was redeeming the normal 6 voted in 24hrs i normally do. the issue is because i typed "::redeem" at a different time that i voted the client said i was not able to receive my points at 4:30pm when i voted the second time because it thinks i was redeeming more points then what i was supposed to.

hi @Ryan helped me but put the promo package II on the wrong account, i opened it being able to use the two bonds i got on oops x2 but i also recived a raid mystery box i was not able to use on oops x2 so its still stuck on oops.

i voted last night on my phone at 4:30am, redeemed it around 12 or 1pm and voted again at 5pm and tried to redeem at 9:40pm the same day and my vote points got blocked because i have recived to many votes in past 12 hours. https://gyazo.com/aa0c5c15b12c32516d8c7591e8abd48a
