Hi, it's me (Previously Hexplorer). I just remembered I used to be an active player in this community, which I totally forgot about lol, and figured I'd reintroduce myself formally on my "original" account. Hi. I am.. back? It's been a long time since 2017.

I retired from every and all RSPS back then but forgot how much I love using forums.. so I figured I'd go back to one I was relatively active on and start back up. I've been gone a while, some may remember me and some might not. Regardless, hello.

Definitely wasn't properly executed. The reason I laughed is the term "pro-photoshopper" and "pro-illustrator" aren't usually used in the vocabulary of a "professional" designer. We're all on different wave lengths so I'll stop putting the thread off-topic. Cheers.

Coming from someone who owns a business and does a lot of work for clothing brands, this is a good idea. Although, how would you plan to keep making sales while making enough money to keep re-buying the product you print on? Especially when the server isn't in high-demands of aforementioned products?

@Ryan, as a member of the community, I definitely feel this needs to be addressed. I am not doing this to hurt anyone's feelings or to discourage anyone but I will be blunt. The activity the staff team has is absolutely shit. Seriously. Let me elaborate. I checked the staff directory and found staff that I have not seen once online. I checked their activity separately and would like to share this with you. -- @One's last active post was 15 days ago. He last visited visited 4 days ago and never posted anything. He is a support. @Chandler's last active post was 21 days ago. He last visited 11 days ago. He is a moderator. @Samuel's last active post was FOUR MONTHS AGO. Why is your Forum Moderator not actively posting? Last visited 5 days ago and posted nothing. Our Forum Moderator, everybody. @Yeezus's last post was SEVEN MONTHS AGO. Seriously? Last visited the beginning of last month. There is nothing anyone can do to justify this, the facts and proof are in front of your faces. It is absolutely sickening that half of your staff team doesn't even exist on the server they're meant to look over. This is why you're running into issues with negative players making your most loyal players leave. @Ryan you really need to reevaluate your staff, dude. This is ridiculous.

Hi, everyone. I'm making this post in regards to be activity the past few days. I've just recently taken up a new job that's definitely put a strain on my time. I am in between the job I've received and another job that I have been offered. I've got a lot of stress on my shoulders and I am trying really hard to balance it all out. Therefore, if I am gone for a few days on end, I apologize, it's not intentional. I simply have a lot going on that's putting a dent in my daily energy. Thanks for understanding!

That's my whole thing.. there should be separate staff for separate servers. I understand that they're good staff there but it does not help us on the flip side.

Civil is where it will remain. My intentions are purely to better the community and not to defy anyone to any extent. I respect everyone individually and only wish the best. Thank you for forwarding this.

You're right, the problems within the community doesn't necessarily stem from lack of staff. The problem is, without staff rules aren't enforced. That definitely plays a part in the community. It's not entirely the issue, but it's definitely something that needs to be addressed regardless. -- Like I have said, I am not posting this to be rude or to be demeaning to anyone. I just feel it's something that needed to be talked about.

I understand that bit, but on topic of this server and the activity on this server, they are not active. What good does it do if they're spending all their time doing their job on another server? I can give a list of people that could take their spot and be efficient on here. I am not saying anything to be an asshole to them, but it doesn't help us if they're not actively with us here.

It has caused the issue. No one is online to enforce rules and take care of people whom break them. It has the same owner, yes, but these are two different servers.

Well I hope he sees that his decisions result in him losing highly valued members of the community because of the negative community that's being generated.
