I'm pretty new but I have found some things that I feel wouldn't negatively the player base regardless of account type or playstyle. A majority of items listed are changes that are in the majority of any RSPS or Runescape client including custom servers. If any of these are impossible and have been attempted/shut down before I apologize I didn't do any research prior to this post on these specific issues.
Toggleable Slayer and Skilling task progress bars when getting the task. (A runelite-esque overlay for tasks would also be ideal)
If neither of the above can be done without too much time - add the ability to operate your slayer helm for current slayer task.
Toggleable option for slayer master to assign the same type of task with a quick task button so you don't need to enter a second menu and select it.
Shops that ironmen can't use should not be openable - and the ones that have select items that they can purchase should be filtered correctly and show relevant items they can in order - not blank spaces between where items would be in a standard players shop.
Ability to use progress bars for achievements rather than just favorites.
Being able to drag the first item when searching in your bank to a new tab.
Not needing to re-click the search button after withdrawing an item to find a new one.
Remove warning from portals in POH for ironmen - it's not going to charge us so if we click the portal that's where we want to go.
Add Runelite-esque ability to - or + ground items to get rid of the clutter. There is a command but it get's rid of way too many items that can be valuable.
Create actual skill guides in the game instead of the quarter-baked ones that currently exist. Simple things like what level can I do this content should not require searching through forums - and even then some guides that are recommended still don't have the relevant information. Community made guides should be based on efficiency and strategy not giving the most basic of skill information.
Add the ability to edit your presets without needing to re-gear/switch prayers/switch spell book. I should be able to just click on the prayer book to swap between it in the menu.
One item that I find would be enjoyable for me but would effect multiple account types and wouldn't be toggleable for players to choose:
Adjust coal rates to smith ore's to be realistic. There's so many noted bar and ore drops in the game either way - all it does is slow down something like smithing rune bars that are already flooded into the economy - it only makes for a worse experience.
