I reached out to PayPal support to confirm the status of the payment (human, not the assistant this time), and here was their response; "Yes. The funds hve already been transferred to the merchants account. It has already been completed from your end." Would really appreciate an update on this! Thank you, big fat

'The payment was processed successfully.' I can provide transaction IDs/PayPal email immediately - please let me know what's needed. This would be completing a grand promo, which currently displays as 300/500. I want to ensure that I receive my grand promo despite however long this may take to resolve. If possible, please confirm that this would be the case. I also cannot sign in on the forums as 'big fat'. I recently had my password reset, as it was forgotten, though the provided password nor my new updated in-game password work to sign in on the forums. Please help! Thank you! to update; no new emails received from PayPal. No change in status on site. Still unable to claim.
