When i hit a mob 1 tick after it hits me (i think it's 1 tick apart) i hear the sound that happens whenever i take damage. Instead of the sound of me hitting the mob. So far it has happened on ankous, iron dragons, green dragons and animated rune armour, so it does not seem like it's a specific type of mob that causes it.
