Hello Runex, i just came back after a break and when i try to log in, it says i've been banned. In all my accounts. And even when typing some random user and password, the same message pops up "your account has been banned". Is there a solution to this? I was not banned when i left and this seems to be some sort of MAC ban, for some reason. Thanks IGN - Culimande

So i was doing some elite barrows runs with Sticky Iron. He was providing scrolls all along so i decided to invite him with mine to balance out. i sent him an invite but noticed he invited me first so i just went along with his invitation. At the middle of the run i notice i have an empty space in my inventory and started wondering what could it be, since i usually run a bank loadout. Then i realized it was where my scrolls usually sit, i had dropped them! I dropped them at home, and as an ironman no other players can see my drops. I had a total of 49 elite barrows scrolls that got dropped. Since it was a dumb mistake on my side, and nobody benefited from my error, i would like to request a refund on these scroll i lost by accident (if possible). Thank you very much. - Culimande

Hello, i just came back after a break from electronic devices and decided to try runex again. Bad thing is, i have forgotten my PIN on my main and my alt account, Normiex. I would love to gain access to my accounts again and check out the server and see if i get hooked back into it. Appreciate any help from the staff, thanks.

Happened again! My connection has been smooth for the last 24-48 hours so i thought the problems were solved with my ISP. But i guess no... Was gambling vs Logical ( <3 ) and put up 900k platinum tokens (900m gp), he posted up 500k of them and insisted that i matched up his bet. Right clicked my stack, Remove x, and nothing happened... I could still se things moving and chat, but nothing click-wise. Anyways, i ended up DCing (i really dont know if it was a bug from the remove x or my isp) with the tokens posted up and lost them. Logic did not receive them and they did not reappear in my inventory.. Guess i'll stay away from ::gamble for a while. Appreciate anything that can be done to help me in this situation. As the title describes, my alt "Normiex" was facing a gamble vs Alpha Rye. My 70m vs his RoW (i). I got disconnected, my ISP has been being a bad girl these days. Logged back in and the 70m were gone. The other player didnt lose his item. Appreciate anything that can be done in my case, thanks. (IGN = Normiex)

Hitpoints indicator works awesome so far! nice decreasing effects and timing, also like the smoothness.
