    TOPIC: Staff Activity SUGGESTION: Better customer support, ::staff is always 0 REASON: On 2 seperate occasions staff hasnt been online when needed, this time being my 140$ CAN donation that i didnt recieve 60$ worth. Have had multiple players agree with staff play times. Reccomendation: Hire more active staff, or enforce the minumum daily online time as posted in the applications.

    Description:Donated 67$ CAN from my card for both me and my roommate, and I didnt recieve my 45$ bond How or when it occurs:when I press ::redeem, says nothing to redeem Screenshots/video if available:Kliska sdvised removal as it contained my name :/ ADDED INFO - Reciept # 42002972 is the one not redeeming.
