Hello, This help request is identical to the request submitted on November 12th - as that ticket has not been resolved. "My team recently upgraded the vault from 1,000 slots to 1,500 slots. Any items deposited above 1,000 items do not show up in the vault. A similar bug happened when my team upgraded the vault from 500 slots to 1,000 slots. If possible, can you please fix the vault slot upgrade up to 2000 slots. I would rather not have to submit a third ticket regarding the same issue." Best Regards, Trey

I opened an exotic mystery box on GIM Shark and got a flamberg. I received the message 'Not enough inventory space.' The item did not go to my item coffer nor my bank and just disappeared.

not sure if this affects anything in terms of the fix but i still having the verdant treasure map in my inventory and the verdant caskets are still sitting in varrock

I did a verdant treasure trail which ended in varrock; once I used the spade, the verdant caskets spawned behind a fence in an inaccessible area. Can i get another map or something? I blew 500 wander tokens on this one. https://imgur.com/a/kLCmNhB

I have had several interactions with new players that are, simply put -- stoked about the game. The enthusiasm is contagious and makes me want to help. Taking 5 min to answer some questions, along with giving them a small bond or a little cash has a massive effect in my experience. Said players tend to stick around. SUGGESTION: Give high level players the ability to help new players with a small $5-10 bond. I.E. Mythic players can give a $0 dono account $5 or $10 once a month. This would help new player retention.

Had we not lost all of our boss points due to incompetent coding with absolutely zero backup of the main game, I would have my e comp cape. It has been over a month and we have received no updates. Please advise. PLEASE ADVISE WHEN BOSS POINTS WILL BE RETURNED.

I am unable to get the fight cave achievement on my alt. I am starting from wave 1. Is this achievement bugged now? when can we expect a fix?

When you receive a double drop in challenge mode, you do not receive any challenge points. At least not for me..

I am missing my doppelganger.

I would like to suggest that the developers give the player base an idea of when the numerous broken aspects of the game intend on seeing a permanent fix. Crazy idea, but it seems like a fair trade for all of the donations.
