Hey everyone, I’m hoping to get some input from the community here. Earlier today, I was playing on my main account, and I decided to make an alt account for some fun side activities. However, out of nowhere, both my main account and the new alt got banned. No warnings, no messages, no explanation – just banned. I’m a little confused, to be honest. I wasn’t doing anything unusual, no rule-breaking, no suspicious activity. I’m aware that creating alt accounts is not against the rules as long as it’s not used for abusive purposes, so I’m not sure why this happened. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Could this be an error, or is there something I might have missed in the rules? I’m not looking to blame anyone or cause a fuss, but I’m genuinely curious if this is a mistake or if there's something going on with account bans lately. Would appreciate hearing from others who’ve had a similar experience or from anyone who can shed some light on what might be happening.

Hi, could someone help me figure out why I was banned, I've been playing for about a week, in iron mode. Today in the middle of the race at 99 hunter the game closed for me. It was my last skill to get to 99. Mi acc is xelorg
