Could I please get a pin reset?

I posted a help request over 24hrs ago about not being able to claim a dono despite the money being processed. I was told to wait 24hrs to claim, and as I expected, I still can't claim anything. 

Contents of my previous post:
"I donated and the payment went through, but when I tried to ::claim it some error message came up and it wouldn't process it. I came back later and tried to claim again but it says I have nothing to redeem.

I have submitted a ticket for your pin to get reset.
This can take 24-48 hours and sometimes longer depending on certain situations. 
A administrator will comment here when it has been completed Please note: Your pin is 5 digits, can't start with 0 and can't be 12345,
Aswell as it can't be 5 same digits such as 11111.
If you remember your pin, please comment on this thread again so it can be canceled
