Hey someone told me to put it on the forums.

 

I have a problem on my charname : Colditzz

when i try to login it says:

Could not complete login.

Please try using a different world.

 

While i can still play on my other (normal account: Colditz ) 

Could you look in to this account please

all message Ryan about it, but in the meantime have you tried deleting the runex client and re downloading it?

yea i have tried deleting everything and redownloading it but the weird thing is i can still play on my other char.

While the other one is stuck or something.

I've went ahead and fixed your account issues, you should both be able to log in now.

There has also been a $5.00 bond added to your accounts as compensation for the wait and inconvenience.
