[September 14th, 2018] In-game knowledgebase, and more!

Content updates:

• In-game knowledgebase
  • This brand new feature will not only help new players, but also any existing members who are still trying to get the hang of Runex!
    
    
     
  • With this new feature we are now able to create in-game articles to explain various content/features
    • Additionally, this system is linked with the hovering/tooltips of things relating to an article (see picture below).
    • This allows players to jump straight into the appropriate guide if they're seeing one of our custom features for the first time.
      
      
       
  • There are various ways to access the knowledgebase:
    • Clicking the knowledgebase orb on your minimap
    • Typing the ::help command
      • For players who'd still like to travel to the old help location, you can type ::camelot
    • As described earlier, hovering tooltips for content that has a designated article
  • Looking ahead:
    • We will be adding plenty more knowledgebase articles, including ones for newer updates that might need explanations/guidance
      • If you have any suggestions for content that we should add to the knowledgebase, feel free to shoot them to us!
      • Even better, including text/pictures that you'd like to see in the article would also help us immensely
    • We plan to add an in-game "item guide" system similar to this Knowledgebase system 
      • It will allow players to read information about an item's stats/effects, and where/how it can be obtained
• Nardah minigame
  • Fixed an issue where leaving a co-op instance will interrupt any new instance that you start soon after
• Charged items
  • Zulrah items will no longer "discharge" on wilderness deaths if you manage to protect it
  • We have also added this mechanic to revenant weapons, which now no longer always destroy on death, and discharge only if unprotected.
• Dragon darts
  • Dragon darts can now be fletched with dragon dart tips
  • Dragon dart tips are now obtainable from:
    • Dragon implings
    • Brutal green dragons
    • King black dragon
    • Vorkath
• Soulsplit prayer
  • In the previous update, we had applied a cap of 10 hitpoints healed per hit with the Soulsplit prayer
    • We have now raised this cap to 15, which may be subject to change in the future updates
    • Ultimately, we'd like to revamp the mechanics for bosses where some players found the old SS to be vital (Olm, for example)
• Chambers of Xeric
  • Fixed pathing related issues with Great Olm's servant spirit (spinner)
• Construction
  • You can now direct your boss portals to "Nowhere", which will allow you to remove the portal frame in build mode
• Donator perks
  • Fixed the run energy perk for VIP, Legendary and Sponsor max capes
  • Fixed a clipping issue with the ladder in VIP zone
• Task scrolls
  • Fixed alching tasks for a wide variety of noted items
• Ancient wyvern shield
  • Ancient wyvern shield now protects against dragonfire, as opposed to just wyvern fire
• Rune coin exchange
  • Zamorakian hasta is now an exchangeable item at the RC exchange
• Trading post
  • On the title bar of the trading post menu, you will now see the total number of listings you have placed (along with how many slots you have)
• Agility courses
  • Fixed a bug that would leave your character stuck in the middle of an agility course if logged out during it
