i been hacked

my account "billy segger" has been hacked. ive been away and i have not played since i moved house, i try logging in to find out my password isnt working, my guess is i have been hacked, can staff help me please. i still know my security password for the account i know my previous passwords im not sure on the ip as i have moved but i can show proof because i have photos of me on the account, can someone help me please at the end of the day i want to find out whats happened even if my accounts ruind i know whats happened atleast

It is most likely that you haven't been hacked, I highly doubt it.

I will create you a ticket to have your password reset. I'd you assume you remember your pin? 

Please reply asap so i know whether or not to create a ticket for a pin reset at the same time,

I've checked through your accounts' inventories and banks and it seems that nothing valuable has been taken.

I doubt you were hacked; more likely you just forgot your password. Since you said you still remember your account pin, I will submit a ticket for your password to be reset.
