Rouge Gloves and other boost item issues.

so something i have noticed about some of the older 'exp Boost' items i have in my possession. they are not actually giving me a boost in exp when used. it seems to be any items i have had for over the past month and not newly earned items. for example

No boost theiving on stall = 165
with boost (new exp gloves earned(safety gloves)) = 169
with boost (old exp gloves,hat, shoes earned (rouge) ) = 165

only just noticed, and i know they used to give me a boost about 1 month ago, the same seems to go with my lumberjack pants as they are not giving me an exp boost aswell. sorry if my explanation is a little lax its about 1:20am  for me

any clues as to what is happening?

As stated in the hover description of the rogues outfit in the achievement screen, they only give a boost to pickpocketing experience.

Thank you for the concern though, perhaps we can suggest to have it changed to all methods of thieving. 

Edit: I also tested the lumberjack outfit and all parts worked as intended.

ahhhh i see it now, must just have been my late night brain ticking over  thanks for the help chap and sorry for the confusion.
