Hello fellow RuneX player,

If you would like to donate please use the following link in order to complete your donation https://runex.io/forums/index.php?/store/

If you have donated in-game but cannot redeem your bond after using the ::claim command (NOTE* make sure you have at least 5 free spaces in your inventory.) Please follow these instructions: Allow ~4 hours for the donation to come through. Most cases, it's instant donation however it may be delayed as BMT Micro's system does checks and other security measures.

If you didn't receive anything after 4 hours please send any staff-member a PM on forums with the following details;
 
Title “Can’t redeem bond” and include the following information;

  • Account donated too (name):
  • Amount Donated ($):
  • Order number:
  • Order Date:
  • Product Id:
  • Payment date:

You can find the payment details using these steps:

  1. Go to your email server (Varies depending on what email server you use)
  2. You should receive at least two emails. The email titled Runex ($) Redeem Bond Information is the email you need to open
  3. The email should look very similar to the following picture
  4. Find the line which states "Order Number: 2017-****-****-**-***" 
  5. Staff will then send this information to the higher-ups and see what the issue is and try and get the issue resolved quickly. You'll be notified.

*PLEASE NOTE*
Lying about donating / purposely giving false information IS an offense and you will be punished if we deem you're being untruthful. We have very accurate logs and measures to know exactly where the donations come from. Don't try and fool us.
